I went to Wendy off of E. Waterloo on Wednesday the 23rd of October. I went through the drive through and spent a little over $40.00 for two meals and three hamburgers. I promise, the fries were cold and dry and the hamburgers were cold, very cold. I think they thought I was just another customer getting their food and was going to be on my way. Well, they did not realize that I am a local neighbor and live right up the street, and could have become repeat customer. It was my first and last time that I will go to this location.
Tried the new frosty, it was okay, but they never have the temperature right on their machines.. it's like a runny milk shake instead of a frosty.. it's okay it's winter now so we don't need a cold item...
I go here on randon days. Nearly every time when I order a Baconator here, for whatever reason, they give me a double cheeseburger. Not once but on several occasions. I let it go though. The service is slower than most of Wendy's I've been too. I end up burning most of my lunch break time, just waiting at this place and overpaying for the wrong sandwich. If you're really in the mood for Wendy's at lunch, just expect to wait longer than normal and get the wrong meal. Hope this improves.
Courteous service at every visit and tasty food. I have never dined in so I can't say what it's like eat in the restaurant. The place is certainly worth a visit.
Apple pecan grilled chicken salad was horrible! The so called grilled chicken was diced into little squares dried into cold chicken hard rocks!! Wendy’s used to have great salads not here!!
Staff exceptional in their lack of speed and concern for their food. Also, during a recent in store visit, I witnessed one of the worst interactions I have ever seen. A member of the staff called a woman in line an outrageous and disrespectful name. Completely unnecessary verbal assault. Would rather drive however far I would need to to have Wendy's in the future. Normal wait times in the 30-45 minutes range for overpriced and incorrect orders, by incompetent and rude employees.
The Chile was so awesome. Heat hot steaming with crackers was so great on these cold evenings. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Went thru drive thru and ordered a few nugget meals, the word SPICY never was spoken... Got home and ALL MY NUGGET ARE SPICY!!! IF U DIDNT HAVE REGULAR NUGGETS SAY SO. MY KIDS ARE AUTISTIC AND DO NOT LIKE SPICY FOOD!!! Called to make it right and they said I said spicy nuggets...yea no more Wendy's for my family... WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE TOO MANY MISTAKES TOO MANY TIMES
