Gave me the wrong sandwich originally. Got back to my job and discovered this so I went back. Asked for the correct sandwich. They gave me a replacement sandwich. This sandwich was also incorrect. So I had to go back a third time to get the correct item. They don't even know their own menu.
So I just left and ordered a 2 for 6 double Baconators. Got home, to find I only have one Baconator and a chicken sandwich (I DON'T LIKE NOR EVER ORDER CHICKEN SANDWICHES) Then on top of my order being wrong, the chicken patty is well past shelf life. The patty is beyond HARD! My car is in the shop, I had just got off work and don't have a ride back. Highly disappointed. This isn't the first time, the fries or nuggets are never fresh; I tried because it was close to home. However, I won't be spending my hard earned money here again!!
Friendly service. Fresh food. A little slow and restaurant could use some cleaning.
Worst part of the visit today was the cold potatoes, slightly burnt sausage and the manager was not having a welcoming morning. The best part was the warm oatmeal bar. Can't wait for the breakfast to go national on March 2nd so I won't have to only get Wendy's breakfast only when I come to New Orleans. The Wendy's closer to my house is much friendlier and the freestyle drink machine stays stocked and always works. Bye Gen. De Gaulle Wendy's.
Cannot review food bc I didn't stay long enough to order! Went to restroom to wash hands, but no paper towels, no tissue and dirty. Waited until staff stopped horsing around. She was totally unconcerned when I asked where they washed their hands.."in the bathroom"
I watched two employees fuss over who was going to wash the dishes for the night, also they were cursing each other out going back-and-forth. I said on the line for about 18 minutes without them checking on me let me know when the wait was they had five cars behind me as well, and the two Mel workers were laughing and also Cassie. When was this cousin who was going to buy him, his birthday asking, repeatedly called him out of their name

I ordered breakfast an a coffee that's $1.79 cold, the young lady said once I got to the window, she says oh it's $2.99 because you wanted flavor, I said baby its on the menu any size any flavor. I payed for it pulled off open my bag an no meat was on my biscuit, I didn't go back, no Sir No ma'am
Get me once, never twice...
Had a bad experience. I only ordered 2 cheese burgers and a small fry. The cashier charged me for two burgers and a fry never issued me a receipt. Told me I didn't order a fry. Didn't have time to argue with her because I was running late for work. Took a bite into the burger only to find my food cold. They got me. Will spend money at this location again. I suggest termination the crew and hire individuals who take pride in their work. Because it's like they are only there for a check.
