Great service all the way around!!!
We're always eating out and the Wendy's on 72nd St. is closest to me... We go 2-3 times a week and I have been recently using their app. They almost always get my order right... I think that they only have messed up once in the last few months of us going there... The customer satisfaction for us is great and the customer service is good as well... We have also been getting deals on the app... The line can be really long but I have to say that considering the amount of people and orders that they are handling they are getting people out incredibly fast!!! Both in the driving through and inside...
I'm not someone who has been paid to say any of this... I have to say that it has been a overall great experience for me... I say that it's a great place for you to feed you and your family for a reasonable price!!!

Pretty good, I tried the Krabby patty. Fries are actually way better than most fast food places!
Despite me being a space cadet and not realizing the employee has already handed me my drink, they got my order perfect.
It's not like my usual Wendy's, but it's clean and tidy, organized and fits the checkmark for what I think a day food joint should be at minimum. The only thing is the atmosphere feels a little stiff, but for what it's worth, it's still pretty good. Just not as friendly as my preferred Wendy's.
I've always thought Wendy's has 2 things that makes it better than most any other fast food restaurant; The chocolate frosty compared to any milk shake, and how you can still get chicken nuggets during breakfast time. You just have to wait 5 min. I went to the Wendy's on 72nd first, and I was the only one in the drive-through. The lady said they don't do chicken nuggets in until 10. I told her that I've done it before multiple times, and she just immediately argued with me. She did not believe me. Instead of asking a manager, she disrespectfully just didn't believe me. I went to go inside to speak to a supervisor, and the lobby wasn't open yet. So I had to postpone my breakfast. I later went to the Wendy's on Steele St just over an hour later. I asked for the same thing and was told I have to wait till 10:30. I asked for a supervisor and was told I was talking to one. I got him to admit to being allowed to do this, but he said I had to come inside and order it. I asked why I couldn't just order it in the drive-through and wait out front or come in after, since I'm already stuck in the drive-through. He said it's easier if I just come in. I don't know how in the world that could possibly be easier. So I've been viewed as a liar and lied to.
As an UberEats and Doordash driver, I do not recommend this location. No one greets you. Only one person today was wearing gloves while serving food. Lastly, they are always understaffed, and when you raise a concern, they tell you to get the hell out of the store. If you value your health, don't go here.
I was kind of disturbed that a person was walking in front of me in the drive thru lane while I was driving. When I told the person at the window about it, they told me it was an Uber. I’m like I didn’t feel safe so I won’t be returning. You can’t serve people walking up, it compromises all persons in the drive thru lane. My concern was not taken seriously.
I use to be a regular at this Wendy's but it is disappointing to see all the homeless people around it and sitting with their shopping carts, etc... outside in the sitting area. I was there a few days ago and had to walk around the homeless people standing outside the front door. There was a homeless person inside and he was talking loudly to himself. I asked one of the employees if there was anything they were doing about it and she said "you should see in the morning". I was there about 1pm. I will not be back. Unacceptable......
Normally, we visit another location because of their phenomenal service. We tried a different location, thinking we would get the same service. Order was taken quickly, 5 breakfast baconators, and their breakfast potato wedges. We were asked to pull forward and have our food brought out to us. We've had this asked at other locations, and it wasn't a problem because we had received our orders within a few minutes. 15 minutes is how long we waited, and watching three other cars order, receive their orders, and leave was a bit frustrating. We had trusted the smiling employee handing us our food, to not check the orders contents, and waited to get home before opening the bag.
Well, maybe it was the universe telling us not to do this restaurant again. The employees were friendly. That's the only reason this isn't a 1 star all the way. The bacon on all our sandwiches wasn't cooked thoroughly, the potato wedges weren't even in the bag, and lastly, there was no receipt. If we continue to visit this chain, it will not be this location.
