Went thru this location for the first time ever. The staff seemed nice and everything looked clean. My food was cold when I got it. Not like I got it and drove home and opened it up and it was cold. Cold like I got it, got onto broadway going back to work and found out it was cold at the second light. The food was cooked and it was just after 1pm, so I would assume the fries and burgers would be cooked fresh. Very disappointed, won’t be returning.
Never open passed 9pm but got a sign saying open til midnight or later. Asked for the manager because the system is always supposedly down but she always sends a crew member to speak on her behalf when clearly you’re not busy if the store is already closed at 9pm.
The food is great and I especially love their chocolate frosty. Their chicken nuggets are amazing and their bbq sauce is the best of any fast food restaurant I’ve tried
Friendly but didn't get that vibe walking in. It was long enough to where my burger should have been hot. Fries were hot and you shouldn't have to ask for condiments in no restaurant.
Short change artist when I asked him for The rest of my change, they said I needed a receipt they did not give to me.
Slowest restaurant ever. Highly do not recommend

Although the customer service was smooth, there was a middle aged (that’s me being nice) African American female worker who was rude, tonight! She was rather disrespectful, but maybe she was just tired, wanting to get off, and had an attitude. She made a remark that she knew what she had charged me! (She was trying to be funny!) Customer-service occupations are not for you if you’re gonna have an attitude! Perhaps she had a rough day; if so, I hope the remainder of her weekend and this week go well for her!
