I went in WAITED I was only person !!!! And one in drive thru ! Ordered she tried to use coupon I read coupon wrong so I asked to change to biscuit and she said NO! It has already been made ! I said how? I have not paid yet! What if I changed my mind wanted something else like I did!!!? She said NO YOU HAVE TO PAY!!! I said NO! I was 2 cents short for what SHE put in the register instead of what I wanted and so I said sorry I don’t have enough! Walked out! She was VERY RUDE!!! However the lady cooking was nicer!!! NOT STOPPING AGAIN!!!
Well, I could have saved myself some trouble just reading these reviews. The food is cold. Always cold. The cheese on the burger isn’t melted. Do burgers not go on the grill anymore? Do they not place the cheese on the burger as it’s cooking?
Burger was sloppy. Got a bacon double stack meal that had so much ketchup and mustard i think it could swim.
They handed me a frosty and it melted while I was sitting in the drive thru. I think they made that frosty before anything else which makes no sense. When i showed the soupy frosty he refused to make another. It didn’t take much but of course to be expected.
Day time crew i better than night time when it comes to food freshness but i rather take the extra drive then stopping here.
I typically have a good experience with this location but I need you to see this and understand this is unacceptable. I’ll give you a pass this time because, again, I typically have a good experience. I would suggest in the future to just let customers know you are low or out of bacon or just run to BJs and get a few packs of bacon.
Second time coming here and the food is always cold!!! Wendy’s isn’t cheap and I didn’t like the quality of cold food. Granted, I spoke up the second time but generally this location has to do better . Please work on exceptional food. Kirk Tanner would not appreciate this.
Friendly service, good food but they always forget my napkins or straws, but I definitely recommend this location
Stopped in for a burger. Went to the counter, placed my order and paid for it. I stood their waiting and waiting standing to the side allowing other customers to order their food. I got tired of standing and sat down in a booth close to the counter, where I could hear and see everything. Time went by and I honestly fell asleep!! I woke up dazed and went to the counter only to be asked to take my order. Huh!? I showed my receipt and after a couple of minutes I finally recieved my food. Sadly, it took almost 45 minutes to get it!!
Hey Wendy's you guys are really good you're not as good when old Mr Dave was alive yeah I guess I'm telling my age but there's a few Wendy's out there to try to be above the best in the rest at least you know it's always good safe food to eat there and I appreciate it when the managers keep their team to keep the store spotless it's outstanding thanks for your efforts
I do believe in great service but each time I come to this Wendy's I always have the absolute WORST service! NO ONE acknowledges you as you stand there at the register and watch every employee cater to the drive thru window while as a consumer, I'm standing at the register waiting to be served. I have been in CUSTOMER SERVICE 45 years and the service at this particular WENDYS IS AWFUL! Today I ordered a #1 NO cheese, as I get back to my job I had a double burger (I ordered a single) with cheese. I will be sure to make sure this is my last visit to this WENDY location. Absolutely AWFUL SERVICE!!!
