I’ve always liked Wendy’s, but my recent visit was a total disaster. The service was incredibly slow, despite there being hardly any customers in the restaurant. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to get my order, and when it finally came, it was wrong. I ordered a Baconator, but they gave me a regular cheeseburger instead. To make matters worse, the fries were cold and stale, and the soda tasted flat.
When I tried to get the staff’s attention to fix my order, they were unresponsive and seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. After finally getting someone’s attention, they corrected the order but offered no apology for the inconvenience.
The restaurant itself was messy, with trash overflowing from the bins, and the tables hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The overall experience was so bad that I doubt I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon.
Wendy’s, you really need to step up your game. This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had.
Burger tasted like nothing, inexistent flavors. The bread was kind of old. The soda was colored water, no taste at all. Fries were almost cold and dry. Won’t recommend this place to anyone
The food was fresh, hot and my grands are picky. These are the only chicken nuggets they will eat! The lady was really nice to us, and I appreciated the courtesy extended. As a result of how we were treated, I recommend this place, and will return for food when I take my grandchildren to the movies near this Wendy's location.
food was subpar and the young lady working the window is bad at multitasking as she messed up the order and items were missing. she was moving to fast at the price of providing quality service.
I mean it’s Wendy’s I don’t expect much but the service was sad. I came in at 6:30 for some spicy nuggets (my fave). Unfortunately I waited at the counter for about 2 minutes before anyone noticed me. There was no one in the restaurant but a couple sitting down eating. The girl approached me saying , “did you need something?” And I said, “yes I’d like to ORDER.” Why else would I be standing at the counter? The manager on duty (white woman) was clearly angry. I’m glad my nuggets made up for the bad customer service.
Drive through normally takes 10-30mins at this location depending on the time and so on. They seem under staffed or constant call offs so I can't be too upset. Just avoid coming here between 4-6pm.
This doesn’t even taste like Wendy’s to me. The other portage one & the lake station one are way better. Idk if they’re using different oil or just not changing it but the food here tastes nasty. I’ve given it multiple shots but every time it’s gross. Something ain’t right here
Food was disgusting, had to throw it away. Also the service is extremely trashy. Not very keen of being disrespected by scum.
