Ordered drive thru. Was told to pull up because they had to make burger. Waited 10 minutes!! Went inside and asked what was taking so long. Manager asked what my order was. Told him what I ordered. He was kind of rude saying he didn't see my order. I told him the lady at the drive thru took my money and order. He continued to say what my order was. Very unorganized and rude.
I got food through the drive throu Tuesday night & spent the whole next day puking because I had gotten food poisoning. Do not recommend eating here. I will never be eating there again. The employees are always rude when i come through & everytime i have to wait even though there no one else in line or inside.
This is the worst place to go. They are lazy. My husband ordered 4 SpongeBob meals and only got 3. He ordered me a baked potato and didn't receive it. He asked for a receipt and they closed the window on him and walked away. They have done this quite a few times. What it comes down to is that they are stealing from their customers and Wendy's Company doesn't give a care in the world.
Watch out and make sure you double check your recipe!!!!! I was charged $3 for ranch. The way it was on my recipe was .49 cent twice and $1.00 twice. I asked why does it say I've been charged $3 for ranch and the lady at the drive through said it was cheaper that way for the baconader fries. It seemed like a good excuse but only one thing, the fries only comes with cheese and bacon. I even doubled checked, so why would you say that? Also, don't think I didn't see where you only handed me back $2.20 and still kept the .80 cents.
I ordered a couple of Frosty's, and they were like soup. You all were the only Wendy's that had nice thick Frostys until my last 2 visit. Please make them thick again. Please share this visit other Wendy's as well. We want thick Frostys, not soup. Thanks
This Wendy’s is the worst food establishment I’ve ever been to. If I could give it zero stars I would. When ordering from the drive thru I was rushed and he was rude while also laughing at whatever was happening with his co workers in the background.
I get to the first window and nobody is there for a while so I assume to can move up but there’s no sign to indicate that. He opens the window and I hand him $15 cash because my total was $14 and some change. He hands me ONE drink (my order came with 3) and walks away. A woman appears and hands me out 3 bags, doesn’t say a word then she leaves. He reappears after a minute and says “sorry about that “ and hands me the other two drinks. I parked so my toddler could get her food and I look at her sprite and notice it’s got a brown tint to it. Gross. Thank the good Lord I was paying attention before taking a sip of mine because there was a giant fuzz ball in it ???? and the guy doing the drinks didn’t have a jacket on so I have no clue where it came from.
I sit there another minute before he opens the window and asks if I’m waiting on more food to which I informed him I never got my change. .47 cents isn’t a big deal but all of this compounded was a disgustingly awful experience.
This Wendy's was struggling. I don't wanna be too hard on them though because it was such a busy spot.
But when we came, the floors were extremely slick, you had to pay on cash, and the building itself was very small.
First and foremost - dine-in is NOT open at 7am, hence the 3 stars for atmosphere. We wanted to get out of the car. ????
Employee was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Food was tasty. We ordered two baconator meals, I opted for a croissant instead of the bun). A little confused as the description of the sandwich doesn't mention sauce, but there is clearly something on mine. ???? Not a fan of it, but the rest of the sandwich is good. Seasoned potatoes were hot and crispy. Wouldn't call the croissant anything other than a thicker bun (stick to the bun).
All in all a quick & tasty fast food grab if you're in a hurry. If we pass through this way and need food we'd stop again.
