Foods is as expected but geeeez the service. I’m always getting told to wait behind the yellow pole and they wave me to come get the food. What is that bro?? They say they have a timer ????♀️ than work faster or extend the timer
This afternoon for lunch, I stop by Wendy’s. It was nice, clean, welcoming, nice music, the staff smiling and greeted me. The stores remodeled, came out real nice but most importantly the burger that they served me today was out of this world it was amazing.
Food is really good, service is alright. But one thing I’ve always hated about Wendy’s is the Iced Coffees. For me they taste awful.
Awesome. Went in hungry, came out full. Yummy. Really nice people. Doral is really nice, clean, humane. Nothing but ????.
This location has the potential of receiving higher rating. Unfortunately, it does not provides constant outstanding service. In the past, I have had numerous problems with my orders at this location. Problems with incorrect orders, overcharge, missing items, and just bad attitude service. I usually place orders in the app in hopes that I can pick up and go. However, this location always managed to get it wrong. Currently, I have not had any problems with my orders. Fortunately, my orders have been correct and all items ordered have been received. Now, they just need to work on the friendly service....although, I do understand that it gets really busy during lunch hour. In any case, I am hoping this location continues doing good.
Slow service. The cashier helps prepare the food without washing his hands.
Update: there has been some improvements. It’s definitely better to order during the day versus the night.
You can't pass up a chocolate Frosty. I don't really order Wendy's burgers because they will put you on a collision course with clogged arteries. I do enjoy the Chili but sometimes it's too soupy or thin. The fries aren't bad. This location is starting to show its age. The speaker at the drive-thru it was broken which required ordering at the window after driving through the lane. Not a good look. Staff was pleasant and professional.
Best time to get hot fresh food is in the afternoon.
I went about 3 times in the evening around 10pm and each time i had either warm fries or warm burger.
The hours posted here is that they close at 2am which is misleading, the walk in closes at 11pm but the drive thru I believe stays open until 2am.
I could be wrong but i was just told by a staff member that they were closed and there was nothing else close for food, this was at 11pm.
