Took our kids out to dinner last night and for $40 meal we were extremely disappointed. Not only was the service slow and unfriendly the burgers were very dry, overcooked and crunchy. Wendys always advertised hot juicy burgers but these were far from it. I could understand on a busy night however there were only 2 other customers inside and at most 3 in the drive thru. Very disappointing and won't be going back to this location.
terrible service ordered thru the app to do a carryout order only to get there and the doors were locked went to the drive thru and it took 5+ mins for one car to get thru because there was no one on the mic took 20 mins to get my food and when i finally got my food it was all cold i will not be coming back here again
The food was great up until a couple of months ago. Something changed.
Last few times we have been in the fries were cold and burgers were just warm at best. Staff was great but food failed to meet our expectations.
We tried to dine in, came to Wendy's at 512 pm on a Friday. Doors locked no note on any doors telling us why there was no inside dinning. We were not the only people that tried to open the front doors. They had at least 4 other cars in the parking lot that tried the door. Nothing. If your short staffed then put a note on the door and say that. We ended up going down somewhere else. Moral of the story...communication between staff and paying customers goes a long way.
I got a Carmel frosty crème. Cold brew this morning and I can’t even drink it. It taste spoiled and bad.
The only reason I didn't give Linton Wendy's a 5 star rating is because the cashier got kinda huffy when I handed her a $100. Except for a $5 and some $1s equally less than the bill, i's all the expendable money I had-nothing on my debit card that wasn't for bills. This was during lunchtime, and there was a bit of a line in front of us. She kept digging really loudly and saying, "hope I have the change for this...." Over and over. Her manager came over to open the drawer & she told the girl it was okay but she still handed me mostly ones and tens back when I seen that she had some 20s. If you don't have change for a $100 bill on a Saturday during lunch rush, then maybe get some employees to work counter that have some customer service skills.
I go to Wendy’s quite often , they are fast, friendly,good food. The new remodel to the Linton Store is very nice.
Wendy's has hands down the best night crew in town! Always very friendly and my order is always right. I appreciate how great everyone customer service is amazing!
