Was told that they legally cannot tell me if food contains an allergen but if I buy the food anyway and call the number on the receipt they 'might' be able to tell me if I'll die.
So in short if you have a serious allergy buy it anyway and good luck!
11:24 pm 06/10/24 Seemed like a hectic night but by far some of the best customer service I’ve received in a drive thru in an extremely long time. I believe it was possibly the manager running the window and taking orders. She was wonderful, very polite and very kind. Had a smile and was cheerful, she had her hair in a ponytail and it was longish brown hair. Whoever she is deserves a raise
I came in with a grumpy mood. A man named Daryl served my food with a smile and a great attitude. All restaurants need a Daryl.
Guys.... I wish I could give this Wendy's a 0 star.... It is horrible every time I come they mess up my order... today, they forgot one of my sandwiches... I of course had to re-wait in line because the doors are locked... When I got home, my son's sandwich had no meat patty in it! And the others were covered in mayo.... Oh should I mention the workers "coughing suspiciously" behind the dumpster? Save your money...
Food has been horrible on our last couple visits. Chocolate frosties are never available. The final straw was when I ordered the Boo Bag meal but there was nothing in it except food. When I called the store I was basically called a liar.
Usually the food isn't too bad, but tonight was on another level of terrible. First the burger. The buns were hard, not as bad as a brick but close. And the meat, cold cold cold. Now for the fries. Not one was even remotely warm and barely cooked, limp as wet noodles. Not one thing salvageable, just terrible.
Always friendly and I would recommend their salads.
I work just down the road and go to this Wendys pretty regularly. Recently, there was an issue with some of their card systems. This went on for several days, and I actually visited twice during that time. Crystal, the manager, was the only reason I didn’t leave for something easier. She was very understanding, proactive, and did her best to give me excellent service. All this while dealing with issues outside of her control is something rare to see in fast food. Not to mention, the other times that I’ve been here, she’s been the same hard-working, respectful person. She is truthfully why I am leaving a review here that isn’t a 1 or 2 star.
