It's a Wendy's. Pretty decent quality stuff. This is an inner city location in a typically high-risk area, and I feel like they're doing pretty well considering their surroundings. There are items on the drive-through menu that are no longer available (such as the No. 8 Pretzel Bun Burger) that have gone un-updated for some time. That needs to be addressed.
The people skills are horrible! For the past 90 days!!! They hiring people who don’t know what they are doing. From young & old staff. They don’t know the job and customer services sucks no one there wants to do the job from the Manager to the crew members. I don’t think it’s fair to everyone that they don’t care and treat people horrible at this location!
Good customer service and the food is usually fresh, in like the Mc. The BBQ sauce and nuggets are addicting, but are not lettinge keep my girlish figure. ????Jk moderation is key or not... yolo!
7 am i sat at the order taker for ten mins & had to physically knock on window for someone to take my order . Big boy comes to the window and tells me no one has a a headset on but they are open how does that make sense ? Definitely gives ghetto won't be back & if yall sales are low in the am that's why !
This the third time i been here and the code scanner is “not working” has it ever work cause that is really strange!!! so just walk out and went to Mcdonald’s instead! i’m done with this location
This location is in a rough part of the city and it's apparent in everything from the effort put in to making the food to the interactions with staff.
Stale fries, messier than normal burger, and very short and abrasive service interactions.
I ask for ghost paper chicken sandwich
They gave me cheese burger
You better teach workers how to take orders
Talking bout some they service down for twenty mins before 12 midnight. Just say yall don’t want to work..lazy
