Mr. Armando always surprises me with new ways of providing great customer service each time I visit this restaurant. It is like I would visit for the 1st time again, so one feels great to go eat at this Wendy's. In fact, I have a Wendy's next to my house in Irvine, but I will drive to this restaurant because it has the best customer service, smiles and staff. I have observed 1st hand how this great manager treats each customer and his crew with respect, active listening, patience and friendliness. Mr. Armando exemplifies phenomenal people skills. He should be training other restaurants to make a difference there too. He is a great assest to Wendy's. My family enjoys this place. A super kudos to him and his team!!!!
They take your order in person outside now. With someone who doesn’t know menu. Then don’t get your order right. And the 1 thing they got “correct” was swimming in oil made everything soggy. DO NOT order wing sauce chicken
It's been a long time since I've had Wendy's and I came here for the kids meal that comes with cute Halloween figurines. I ordered the chicken nuggets with fries and unsweetened iced tea. The chicken nuggets were yummy. I know i've hear people say they're good and I have to agree. I had honey mustard to dip it in and that was good too. The fries were tasty and would definitely recommend it. The size of the meal was perfect, I didn't feel too guilty.
Absolute S. show with their new automated system. You enter your order at a Kiosk (no one in front or there to answer any questions,) people sitting for long periods waiting for a simple hamburger. The staff looks completely confused and it took me 20 minutes to get a single cheeseburger. Everyone was complaining and very frustrated.
Don’t understand why you can only do a combo on 10 piece when the sign says make it a combo for additional 4.80 and doesn’t specify how many…. Fraudulent services and incompetent employees.
This place is just pathetic. To start they always get orders wrong. I order spicy nuggets and they give you regular. You ask for ranch and they dont give it to you. OHHHH but today they purposely filled the spicy nugget order with ONLY 3 spicy nuggets and the rest of them were regular. Please dont waste your time going here. Go to taco bell down the street or in-n-out 5 mins away. Place is trash. $20 an hour for nothing.
We love Wendy’s, but the food here was terrible. They normally have spicy nuggets, but we ordered regular chicken nuggets and got the spicy ones.
But here’s the thing, the french fries were extremely spicy. Wendy’s is not cheap anymore and I ended up with no lunch. Please figure out what’s wrong with your food. French fries should not be spicy.
Oddly the freshest and best presented Wendy's food I've ever had. The drive through experience was very quick. This location is how other Wendy's should be trying to replicate!
