Came to this place a few times, the service is fine. Wendy's service is slow in general (compare to McDonald, Burger King, Popeye etc.). But today I came around 2:30pm-3pm, and the male cashier from this location was really working in the snail pace.
It's kind of like serving customers are none of his business. There are only two customers in front of us, and we waited for over 10 minutes, and still not get called!
I don't mind if he promptly get the orders and let us wait when the food is ready! I understand that it could take a bit longer if they're busy. In this case, the cashier is not busy at all, he just hit the slow motion button!
I finally decided to leave (my little boy was disappointed after a long wait). We won't come back to this place again.
20241018 - CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!! Right now, they're having a special with any size soda for $1 so I bought two sodas. When I got home the receipt showed they had charged me full price for both. Also, their Krabby Patty tastes like nothing more than a Big Mac and their "Cold Brewed Coffee" tastes like water with a vague stale, bitter coffee aftertaste, absolutely awful! On the other hand, their Breakfast Baconator sandwich was delicious.

LOCATION: Easy access from Potomac Mills outlet mall area and I-95 freeway.
FACILITY: Clean. Standard Wendy's fast food building and interior decor. Restroom was clean when I last visited.
SERVICE: Fast & Accurate (my personal experience)
NOTE 1: Rating is relative to fast food restaurants in general. this rating would not be a good reference point for comparing this restaurant to a high-end steakhouse, etc

I understand and empathize with folks who drive away with an incorrect order.
I've dealt with similar problems (incorrect food &/or $ change) over the years at various restaurants, with the majority of problems occurring at fast food restaurants.
I suggested my family and friends review the accuracy of any drive-thru order at ANY restaurant before departing.
A few years back I gave the situation some thought & realized something...
1. Staff at most fast food restaurants are overworked and underpaid (minimum wage)
2. Staff are often very young and still developing their personal/professional work ethic and focus
3. I need to take more PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for the things I can control, such as VERIFYING the $ change as well as the food in the bag ????, BEFORE DRIVING AWAY

I went to Wendy’s on Oct 4th to buy two frostie thru the drive through. The Hispanic lady there ran my credit card twice and if course, I was charged twice. I have complained about it more than a few times, and the Director of Wendy want’s to send me a couple of discount coupons. REALLY! Where is my money? Please be aware of this place. Awful customer service.

Overall not bad but my food was cold i came home and warm up my food.
The atmosphere was nice it wasn't thick and icky.the service was nice and quick of course they'll ask you 'how was your day?' and 'will that be all?' Which was nice to be heard even if it's a fast food restaurant and that's what they do but they were more friendly then most.
I went to the Wendy's before the news came out about dynamic pricing. I completely disagree with dynamic pricing in any service or amenity. It is the equivalent of bait and switch. A customer may know ahead of time, but it's the same thing whether it's a Tuesday or a Friday or noon, 5 o'clock or 2 o'clock in the afternoon. We, as American consumers, need to stand up and take our power back.
