This location is immensely better than the Jeff Co store, but I heard that one is getting a makeover.
The interior is modern, with interesting furnishings and decorations. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient, and their drink bar was fully stocked.
The food was good and fresh. I had their nuggets. I do have to say that their nuggets are worse in comparison to many other fast food nuggets I've had (I think it's the breading). You might like them, though.
If you want to eat at Wendy's and are in the area, give this location a shot.
The "new" nuggets are actually pretty darn good. My grandpa isn't one to typically eat chicken, but I made him try one, even though he refused. I told him I was full. Lol. And even HE liked the nuggets. I got the garlic parm ones, and they were really good. 9/10 would recommend again. My only fault with them, is they're kinda weird sauce-wise. They're like too wet, if that makes sense? If you're big on texture, I wouldn't recommend these, but that's my only fault with them. Otherwise, they're darn tasty. As far as the restaurant goes, this one's my go-to. It's in a convenient location, and they've never messed up my order, so that's a plus.
Overall, my experience at this location has been great. The food and drinks actually look like the menu item. Great customer services and not a long wait.
Ordered two biscuit items 15 minutes before breakfast ended. They were dried out and inedible. Even drenching them in gravy did nothing to make them remotely edible.
It's bad enough that breakfast items are not available all day - don't further limit it by letting food go stale.
Wendy's is my go to spot. I loved the cheerful attitudes and the personal touch we have experienced for years but the last few visits the atmosphere has changed. The pleasant attitudes have been replaced with get you through and out. Our little lady hostess ( suzy) is no longer greeting everyone with a smile. She is what makes Wendy's dinning in pleasant. Everyone loves her and she loves them. Apparently the new manger feels she's not a asset to Wendy's because when I asked where she has been thinking she was ill but instead he rolled his eyes and said we only use her on Saturday. We use her? I'm sorry the personal touches makes you stand out from other places. Rolling your eyes at someone who can make you smile on your worse day is inappropriate. It's ashame that the smiling employees have been replaced with dry unfriendly faces.
Where else can you get a baked potato around 10 pm?
I use the app to order my food here to pick up in drive thru. It’s one of the easier pickups because I just give them my name. No worry of a code to give.
I love the chili here too and it’s great on a baked potato.
Plenty of deals in the app and I can customize my meal without having to explain it personally.
The frosty is a great dessert to this day.
The burgers are hot and they look and taste good.
Breakfast here is good. I love the potato wedges and the sandwiches are a step up from another popular fast food brand IMO.
My wife ordered from the mobile app. We ordered two combos. We didn’t receive the fries and I didn’t get my correct saucy nugget flavor. Ghost pepper was what I ordered. I got honey bbq.
So I did not expect alot ordering $6 biggie bags. It did come out fast but cold. And I know salads are pre made all they had to do was add the bacon pieces. They could not take 6 seconds to chop it up. I know it's not that big of a deal but still. Also forgot one of the chicken blt
