We ended up pulling up and waiting for our food. Wait wasn’t terrible and people weren’t either from our small interactions, so will give them that.
When we got home, the food was awful. “Saucy” nuggets just sitting in a pool of grease, making the nuggets taste like a wet, greasy mess. Potato overcooked and shriveled. Literally, the edges were burnt and curling. I got maybe a quarter of the potato off the skin to eat as the rest was stuck.
Plus, no sauce for 20 nuggets or sour cream for the incredibly dry sour cream and chive potato. Wendy’s is usually a positive outcome when it comes to the food and service I experience, but this food was disappointing and disgusting.
Possibly the worst Service ever, Drive-Thru Service 8/11... In Line literally for 15 MInutes while the manager and cashier played with the Credit card machine&Register trying to Process my payment, By the time I get my Food and leave the line the FOOD WAS COLD/WARM, Fries Tasted old and also cold, I go inside and ask for fresh fries and was provided once again with Old nasty fries $30 Bucks for lunch that was not even Edible thankfully there is a McDonalds right across the street Piping hot food, and much faster service, This Wendy's Location is horrible I would not even feed this crap to my Ex-Wife
This is by far the worst Wendy's ever. Complete incompetent people that work there..I don't see these people ever getting a job outside of fast food. How competent u have to be to work at Wendy's and they still screw your order up. I mean is this the goal in life ? I'm disgusted at this place called an establishment.
Food is usually cold , and the wait is insane. Iv left the drive through and went to burger King across the street with the same results. Iv stopped going .
Ordered the Biggie Bag with the double stack. Nuggets and fries. I live 5 minutes down the road and by the time I got home the fries were cold. The double stack meat was so hard it seemed as though it had been made the day before and sat out. That too was cold. Only the nuggets were warm. I like Wendy’s when it’s fresh. This location is hit or miss. I’ll be going to the one a little farther away for better food.
Tried their new wings, they were pretty good. Thought they would be bigger but seemed smaller than their regular nuggets.
Always something with this place and the food. June 29th after 3pm employees hanging out not paying attention, I had to drive up to the window and wave to get someone’s attention and once again food was made awful. Just done!
Walked and was stared at blankly until we ordered. No greeting, legit just stared at. Cashier struggled to get our ordered inputted correctly. We felt like we inconvenienced the location by our presence.How dare we decide to order food! Dined in, will only use drive thru if we ever come back . Yikes! Food was fine.
