I travel a lot as I am in sales. This is gonna be the nastiest and greasiest prepared food I have ate in a while. The staff was being yelled at by the manager, and the managers pretty well did not care what the quality of the food was because I watched them make the food.
The fry grease had the fries looking brown and they were not even fully cooked. The burger was pink in the middle, and the ketchup and mustard and stuff was so heavily put on the burger when I opened up the burger the whole wrapper was saturated in ketchup and mustard. Gross
An absolute nightmare of a lunch. My apple pecan salad was just gross (I have had them at other locations and they are fantastic). They didn’t have Coke or Sprite, so my buddy and I just got water. My buddy ordered spicy nuggets and received regular. His nuggets and fries were coated in burnt grease sprinkles (that’s not pepper in the photo) from not changing their oil. I will add pictures soon. Don’t go to this Wendy’s.
Possibly the slowest Wendy's I have ever been to. While the food when you get it is usually tasty, half the time it is incorrect, and you had to wait about 15-30 minutes in order to get it.
Even some of the most basic of options to order require you to pull forward and wait for it to come out, which would be fine if the rest of the food was made to order as well.
I can probably count the number of times I've had an entirely positive experience at this location on one finger.
This place is so hit or miss, whenever I go through the drive-thru they always ask me to pull forward no matter how much or how little I order. I have to go in to the building to collect my order half the time, because nobody brings it out to me despite having me pull forward... Quality is better than other fast food, but the bar is pretty low.
This is the best ran Wendys around. The are very fast and very nice. Store is always clean and A/C is great! I work right down the street at Allstate and this is my go to store when I need a quick lunch.
Worst place ever.always had my order wrong.Rude and didn’t even makesure if I get the order right.Red hair girl worst employee she’s rude and she need to go.one time they smoking by the dumpster while we waiting on the line lots of he problems happened to me same thing with my coworkers and sometimes family.Coprorate need to do something bout this restaurant in particular.Wordt Wendy’s ever.The red hair girl that smoke need to go.Inproffesional employeess.I came this morning to order Sausage and they gave me bacon instead.Im not a bacon person.They make me wait on the line while they smoke.Dont wanna waste my money so I gotta eat it.They also asked me if I’m with DoorDash before taking my order..That’s kind of racist also.The guy was big tall
What a terrible bunch of workers. No spoon for my chili and they dumped the chicken nuggets in the bag. I want $15/hr. Yeah people, you dont deserve $7/hr.
Came here again 6/15/23. Absolutely nothing was at the condiments bar. No napkins, no ketchup, no spoons. Charges for bbq sauce now. The 3 guys behind me tried to order 4 different kinds if drinks and were told they're out of all of them. Forcing one to have to drink water. Then the cashier was going to leave the pop on the order but not give it to him. This is a horrible location. Whoever operates this location has turned it into one of the worst wendys ive ever been to
Honestly, this has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. They're constantly running out of food. Order online, and when you show up, they tell you they can't refund you but will comp your next meal. Try to redeem that comped meal a few days later, and surprise, they're still out of what you originally wanted. There are a few drive-through workers who are genuinely nice, and I feel terrible for them because it's clear they're not getting the backup they need from management. You can see these employees struggling, with no manager in sight. My advice? Just skip this Wendy's if you're in the area. It's not worth it. On the off chance you do get your order, it's likely to be old or burnt, and the chili is so hard it's like it wasn't even cooked properly. I write reviews pretty often, and this place is definitely at the bottom of my list.
