My host Elijah was very professional and courteous. Very good worker. Very Polite. The food is delicious and the $5 biggie bag is very filling and Awesome Price. Store clean and all the Staff is Fantastic
Just picked up breakfast and it was cold. The sandwich was cold, and old,almost taste like it was from the day before and it’s only 7:30 in the morning. Will never go back to this Wendy’s. It seems like they make a bunch of popular items and let them sit for hours so when an order comes in they don’t have to work. I saw another review of the same problem so it seems like they really don’t care about customer service.
Great place to stop in and grab a little breakfast. After you've dropped the kids off at school ????. The breakfast sandwich was a little small. However, the freshness and realness of it made up it. It even had a little spice to the sausage which was nice. That combined with a 4pc French toast sticks did the trick. They had a nice little crunch but tasted awesome. You'd spend about 7bucks. You maybe able to go thru the app tho and their maybe a deal.. Just gotta add the sandwich does look a little rough.. but ot was Def tasty.
I went to pick up an online order for my son and I and found out that the soda machines in the lobby weren't working so they had to get our drinks in the back, I told the clerk no ice for the drinks and I was ignored and insisted of large we got medium. When I went to leave, I noticed fluid coming from one of the soda machines in the lobby. The food was good just the experience I had wasn't very good. I will go back when I know that the soda machines are working properly.
Tonight we ordered two ghost pepper chicken sandwiches came home to find we got two home style OLD chicken sandwiches. They clearly were not fresh and very dried out. They were super busy but the chicken was awful and not even close to what we ordered. Very disappointed by this as they claim to serve “fresh” food. Terrible. However the customer service was pleasant.
You get five stars because of Stephanie she has great customer service skills always cleaning the tables asking customers if everything is okay. Very happy to see that after all when you're out in the dining area you're putting on a show for the customer you're showing the customer you care about their dining experience that's why you mop the floor repeatedly weather it needs to be cleaned or not it's a show for the customer.
It was a very awesome day I was with my dad and we were hungry so he said let's go to Wendy's. So that's where we went to. We both had a great lunch from Wendy's and our belly's were full

English muffin sandwich i ordered was inedible. Too hard. When I took it in and showed the clerk, she was put out, even though I had just gotten it from her 2 mins ago! Very disappointed
