I went through the drive-through with one car in front of me. I waited 10 minutes before i could order and the car in front of me left. I ordered and paid for a baconator combo and got a single with cheese. Not only was the order wrong, but the burger was cold, like refrigerator cold. I saw 3 people standing around doing nothing but chatting ( and none of them looked like a manager having a meeting ). So why did I have to wait so long and then not receive what I ordered?
The drive through is always super fast but the food is never fresh. Just about every time I come here and get chicken nuggets, they are cold, stale, or have been re-cooked. I appreciate the speed but it can’t take more than 2 minutes to cook the nuggets fresh. Id rather wait a few minutes, especially if the drive thru is clear and you’re paying almost $4 for 6 nuggets alone.
Purchased double stack biggie bag and the burger was old nuggets cold fries cold I need a refund who would serve this to a customer? That’s why you don’t get a receipt for purchase accountability never again the Management team should be ashamed at what their employees are serving says a lot about the standards.
I'm not sure why people work in customer service and can't tolerate a fast paced work environment. Not only was I ignored at the window while waiting for my order. When I finally got acknowledged, I was given the wrong order and a stank look. If you hate your job that much, do us all a favor and just quit. Won't be coming back, which is unfortunate because this is a convenient location.
I ordered a double plain without cheese at the drive through and received it with everything. Had to go inside to solve the mistake and the two girls working could have cared less. They didn’t even acknowledge that they made a mistake. I have been to this location several times every month since it is very convenient to me and this is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I can completely understand if you make a mistake or if the restaurant is slammed however it was empty and the employees could have cared less. I hope the owner of this location reads this and understands what is going on at their restaurant. I am a business owner and would be upset if I was paying a manager and employees to run my business and this is what was happening. I will be taking my business to one of the neighboring restaurants in the future
Horrible!this lady talked to me like I was garbage .... very rude told me you need to hold up..very rude .... this is why people will be replaced by robots very soon
I dislike fast food, picked up something for my wife. The staff was okay, and the drive thru was efficient. No complains there. If you need something quick, it might be a viable option.
I totally understand as a former fast food employee that getting orders later at night isn't what you wanna see. But I ordered doordash that arrived around 10pm and what showed up was utterly deplorable. It literally looked like they used enough mayo and ranch for 3 or 4 sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous.
