Let's start with if I could give this place a negative stars I would. I ordered a burger from this Wendy's and was served a moldy bun and raw meat. I was truly disgusted and so sick I threw up for hours, when I called the store to whom I spoke with Steven who was dry and unapologetic. He offered a $10 gift card as if I would ever eat, or step foot in this establishment ever again. A $10 could never justify, my health being compromised. Stay away from this establishment this has been such a traumatic and detrimental experience to my self and health.
This is the best fast food I’ve had in a long time. The bacon fries were 10 out of 10 super fresh. The nuggets refresh and not all them sitting there. Granted I only visited this Wendy’s once, the service the food and experience was positive enough to give it a five out of five. Only thing I would suggest is mopping the floor with something That doesn’t leave it so sticky.
Everytime we order from the app, they always say they don’t have our order in their system. Even when we try to give them the QR code they tell us “it should just pop up without scanning anything” and they kept asking “are you sure this location?” Even though I kept verifying the exact address of the location. It took 2 employees and 2 managers, all asking the same questions before I finally got through to them to scan my QR code so we can get our order that we STILL had to wait for it to be made even though I waited an hour before coming to pick it up to give them time to receive the order and make it. They never receive our mobile orders
I had the biscuit with egg, cheese and bacon. It was very good. I also had a black coffee and noticed they had an option for the Wendy's Frosty whip. I added it to my coffee....it was amazing.☕
This food is horrible, this restaurant does not deserve a star at all, wish I could get a refund but highly doubt they would, with kind of customer service they have. First I try to order at the window and the employee just kept saying what? What? What? And didn’t even know the menu at the place he works at, then he tells me to pull to the window, to finish my order, then tells us to pull up, they bring the food out and forgot drinks and ask workers about my drinks and she rolls her eyes then comes back with the drinks, then the fries were old and tastes like old nasty greasy! Then I get home, did not even get what I asked for and the food was disgusting, completely loss my appetite to the whole meal including the drink!!! I highly do not recommend this place!!!!! Go buy good food that’s fresh elsewhere!
THE RUDEST DARK MALE AT THE REGISTER INSIDE I STOOD WITH MY SON AT THE REGISTER FOR A LONG TIME AND I ASKED IF WE COULD ORDER AND HE SPOKE DOWN TO ME IN FRONT OF MY SON AND SAID HOLD ON

Employees were extremely polite, and service was prompt with a smile. Food quality was excellent, and general vibe was very positive. Highly recommend this location.
Stopped by here to grab a quick snack. Quiet inside and guys at the counter are helpful and polite. The bathrooms are clean and the restaurant was clean. The food was fresh and delicious. I would stop by here again if in the medical area.
