Terrible! Don’t go here, I asked for my order to be fresh, I get to the window 30 seconds later they’re handing me my food. I said is this fresh? Yes it’s fresh.. I check no it wasn’t. So I asked to remake it. They bring it back everything on my sandwich is hot from the tomatoes to the lettuce. I asked for a refund because they microwaved my same food I just gave back. They’re unprofessional. Then the manager have no class at all which I should have knew when I seen that stiff 27 piece. She gone say “ yea give me my food Back and you can eat somewhere else “. They need knew management for sure.
Everyone there has a terrible attitude. Make sure you count you change and ask for a receipt, they will short you and of you leave they will say they can't do anything about it. The bacon is under cooked and there are homeless people hanging out in the bathroom while security helps them serve the customers waiting in thier car. A terrible place to go to. Burger King and McDonald's is less than 1 mile away. I would recommend going to 1 of those places if you want professional service and food cooked correctly.
The best food they have is the spicy chicken nuggets. Seasoned potatoes are delicious also! Unfortunately the burgers are a hit and miss depending on what time you dine here. Very late at night was not a good time for me.
The manager was pretty nice. She told me she’s been there 3 weeks trying to clean up all the attitudes. The young lady over the intercom was rude and rushing my order that caused her to get it wrong. I reordered at the window with another guy that appeared to be a team leader, which who also got my burger wrong. He seemed as if it was an issue because I ordered my food a specific way! Sorry I don’t eat everything on my burger and they still couldn’t get it right. I’ll never revisit.
There are times I've been in the restaurant and I've seen those being rude to GrubHub drivers and telling them they have to wait and they leave the store. And when they are fixing the order they begrudgingly and sloppily fix the order.
I ordered there today via GrubHub. I ordered the biggie bag. They forgot the mini Cinnabon's, BBQ sauce for the nuggets and a straw.
First, who are the people giving it 5 stars? The Employees. Because when is it a time they are not screwing up the orders. This location is the worst to order from. These are people that just don't care about their job, its guaranteed you'll encounter someone with an attitude. This store needs a complete overhaul of everyone there, because it starts from the top.
Showed up around 3:20 am which it closes at 4am and the woman at the the Wendy’s
Asked me if I was using a mobile app
Once I say no, it’s an Uber eats order
She then goes completely silent and I wait a few minutes saying hello?
So I pull to the window and wait another 10 mins at that point
She opens the window just to say it’s closed.
Worst experience.
How do you closed about 40 mins before closing time ….
I went to Wendy’s today and ordered a Caesar salad nothing more added on it or anything. I didn’t realize until I got to work and opened my food that my salad was filled with raw onions the smell was unbearable I’m currently pregnant and I instantly threw up I don’t know if one of the workers were upset that’s why they did it or trying to joke because when I drove off out the drive thru workers were laughing at me but I didn't think nothing of it and proceeded with my day until I saw my food I came back up to the restaurant and demanded a refund . I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND it’s ghetto there’s homeless people begging for money all the time you can’t order in peace the workers are unprofessional as well save your money and your time.
I’m really so sick of ordering from this Wendy’s and not getting my food…they just pass the food to anyone! What ever happened to making the delivery driver confirm that they have the order and on their way before passing them the food…truthfully since I’ve moved to the southside of Chicago I’ve been very much disappointed with all these fast food restaurants out here…Figure it out and Do Better!
