So I ordered from here a single big bacon classic, which comes with a larger patty, I know bc I’ve worked for Wendy’s for 2.5 yrs but instead they gave me a jr patty, so I paid the price for a large patty for a jr patty instead. The patty also wasn’t fresh. Other than that food was fine.
This is a really bad store. It's being run terribly. Everytime I go here, I either have a really long wait or they are out of something. Last visit was both. I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes. It's not like they were busy. There were only 2 other cars in the drive thru. I finally get up to the speaker only for them to tell me they were out of the chocolate frosty. This store needs to get it together.
This Wendy’s is gross! The food gave me (and my dog) food poisoning. I write this now after 10 hrs of the worst kind of stomach issues, after eating a plain Dave’s single. As I sit here, in complete & utter agony the morning after - I am going to break it down for management and staff on what people are paying for when they come to your restaurant; buns that ARENT moldy and hard, burgers that ARENT rancid and have been left out for hours, staff that isn’t surly and/or on drugs, AND simply peace-of-mind that the price you pay on food isn’t going to make you horribly sick. Shame on you, and your staff for robbing people of a meal that then makes them so sick they can’t eat for days. Do better!
Food was cold especially the fries. Went through the drive through and put in a insulated bag til we got home. Cold fries so gross. Cold nuggets. I guess no limit on how long they're left out, just throw them in the drive thru bag they won't know until it's too late. No wonder I got it quick.
I went by there yesterday, 6/13/24, to get the awesome orange cream frosty. EVERY employee was out back either smoking and or talking. The only customer inside told me. If that wasn't bad enough, the door from the front line to the lobby was wide open. So, anybody could have gone in there and snatched the money off the registers. I was in a hurry, so did not have time to wait for them to come in punch. In or do whatever they had to do to get my simple frosty
I went thru the drive up and ordered
chicken biggie meal. Tried the berry frosty and it was quite yummy!
I like this Wendy's cause you can get coffee later in the day when some Wendy's only serve coffee for breakfast.
Fast friendly service. Nice employees.
I have another Wendy's closer to my house, but I like this one better so I drive the extra distance.

I wasn't given the opportunity to order because EVERY EMPLOYEE was out back smoking. As a result, not only was there nobody to take my order, but the door from the front line cashier stations was WIDE OPEN! The only other person in the restaurant was a customer sitting by the windows on the East Side. He informed me about overhearing them saying something about going out back. I've managed restaurants before, so this is the nicest thing I can say about the incident
