The inside of the restaurant is an absolute mess, photos attached. We walked in and waited about 10 minutes to have our order taken. My daughter loves sponge bob and wanted the Krabby Patty meal which is the only reason I stayed to order. The drink machine was nasty with soda everywhere, every drink we wanted was out of order. When I got my drink side sprayed everywhere, I went to the restroom to clean my hands and it was a disaster as well. Then they didn’t have vanilla frosty for the drink that goes with the meal my daughter wanted so badly. At this point I just hope the food is at least half way decent. I will not go here again nor recommend anyone to go there. Drive farther to a cleaner more appeasing establishment.
Not sure how to rate the food, we ordered our food at 7:45 and at 8:27 I asked for a refund.
Husband ordered 7 triple burger. I refuse to eat their beef or burgers and this is why. Had to wait in line an hour. Husband complained after eating one of the patties that it's raw. I finally looked at it and couldn't believe how raw it was. I refuse to come to Wendy's ever again. I submitted complaint with the FSIS. Hopefully they inspect this place or upgrade the cook. Or shut the place down.
This place is an absolute disgrace! Waited over 30 minutes just to order, then was told I had to wait for the food. Okay, I thought - the food will be fresh at least? NO! The fries were limp and cold, we asked for extra crispy fries - that didn't happen. They don't have a way to scan the app, so your out of luck there, and the food was far from correct, or fresh. Never again will I go to this disgrace of a restaurant. Absolutely a horrible experience, throw away food, and a very unkept staff/facility. I didn't even trust their drinks because I know they haven't cleaned the lines. Please do not go here, your health is in jeopardy!
As the saying goes, " there's always a first time for everything. "OUT of almost 50 years of eating Wendy's, this was the absolute worst experience ever.
Overall customer service & experience was subpar at the counter, the food prep workers were slow...just moving at their own comfortable speed. I was already running late so I didn't check my order but waited until I got home. The burger was as cold as the the vegetables & thrown together without care. It looked like a first grader wrapped it in its foil wrap. The chicken Nuggs were also cold & tasted like they had sat for a while. The dinning area was dirty & uncomfortable. The young kid at the cashier was handling both food & the cashier without a hair net...wearing a long hair style that needed tending.
I normally don't go to this restaurant (actually i never have) but stopped there because I was in the area & was in a hurry.
I WILL NOT EVER stop there again & make the trip to Cove since I was heading there anyway.

I went in and mentioned that I had a severe peanut allergy. They assured me I would be fine and that none of their items had peanuts or had been cross contaminated. So I rest assured that I would be fine. As I receive my food and I start eating it I start having a severe reaction and I had to be sent to the hospital. Thank God I’m okay but I would not recommend going to this location. The service was horrible, my food came out cold and I ended up having a reaction to the food. The only other thing I’m allergic to is crawfish & cats so I obviously know it wasn’t that. I highly recommend their higher ups and management to deeply reconsider and reevaluate who is working there. I thankfully am okay but imagine who else might be next, and if this were to occur to someone else with an even more serious case. Do better Wendy’s.
& stop serving small portions for expensive prices.
Most of the workers are highly unprofessional. Went to the drive-thru to order food and when I told them to hold on for a sec, the lady at the intercom had an attitude all because I said wait. She kept trying to make me hurry with my order, trying to rush me out the line and told me to come back around because they’re on a timer. Asked for sauce with my food and never received it. So, I had to go inside and get it myself. The manager herself has no mannerisms at all. Every time I go up there, it’s a problem. They way they treat customers, whatever they have to say they may as well say it to my face since they love to get smart behind that intercom. #scaryhoes
Terrible I was the only customer in there yet fries were cold and stale there wasn’t any napkins, drink lids, or ketchup there was a spilt drink and instead of mopping it up they just put a wet floor sign while all the employees just stood around chit chatting in the kitchen except for the short girl in braces and glasses up front who was the only one working they all need to be fired
Once again they got my order wrong! Specifically asked if they put mustard on the baconater and if frosty machine was working properly. I was assured that there is no mustard on the burger and frosty machine was working. Got back to my office and mustard on my burger and got chocolate milk!!! I truly do not understand what is wrong with the store! How do you screw up a very simple order! Called them 13 times and it just rang and then I got disconnected! I do not have time to go back because my office is not in Killeen and cannot lose my job because others cannot do theirs!!! Avoid these clowns at all cost. Not the 1st time they messed up a simple order! So who’s the fool them or me for giving them another chance?
