I always dread coming to this wendys. The staff is NOT FRIENDLY at all. Even if I say Hi , please or thank you, they never answer or smile . Plain rude, seems like they are over life. But now to top it off today I ordered a salad only to find out there is a Bug in my salad. I spent the next 20 minutes vomiting of how disgusted I got by it. Hoping i don’t get sick from it. Unacceptable! Only to go back to Wendy’s and for your rude employees to not even say a “sorry about that” not even a word just looked at me and gave me 8 dollars back.
Food was fresh and good. However watch the prices after they add sales tax. My wife and I ordered off Biggie Bags. She had $5 bag myself the $7 plus up graded to Lg. With 7% tax do the math. 12.70 x 7%= .89 cents
That should equal $13.59
Our total was $14.34
That's additional .75 cents difference which look at receipt they pre taxed $7 meal plus add .70. So that be with tax $8.24
2nd Meal$5.35
Total. $13.59
That is one racket how many customers a day with average. 75 say times 800 customers = $600 extra per day. Hmmmm
Went through the drive thru for breakfast (it was not busy) and was helped by the manager. Paid with my card, and got my food and didn’t get my card back. I went inside to get my card back and the manager at first told me he gave it back to me, and when I said I didn’t get my receipt either, he told me he gave my card to the car behind me (which paid cash) and I needed to cancel it. Did not apologize or seem remorseful at all. I understand mistakes happen but as the manager, that was extremely unprofessional a big mistake to make.
Service was slow, the sauces that were asked for were not included in the bag, and the food was undercooked. I am usually very patient and respectful towards the staff at these establishments but when I am provided with mediocre food, it makes me wonder if my patience is even worth it. Please fix this.
Sat in line for 15 minute before getting to order, waited 5 minutes for anybody to say anything then the guy asked me twice if I wanted 1 4/4 or 2 4/4, I said 1
Asked for ranch
After 10 more to by, I get to window.. get charged for 2 meals. The guy only hands me back 4 dollars. I ask for the rest and he looks at me and speaks to me like I’m the problem ????
What’s going on with customer service nowadays
Food is okay
Servers are rude, the attitude is really bad, not a smile to save their life. They mess up your order, don't give you what u ask for, ask for ketchup or any sauce for that matter and be ready to get a look that can kill you. Really avoid this place, Owners should really go incognito and see if they like to be treated like this, if you are a customer drive a mile down lake worth to the other Wendy's, or any other place eat at wawa for.that matter it will be better
Turn my fiance and I came here this morning for breakfast and we did not regret it. I ordered a maple bacon chicken croissant and he ordered the French toast sticks. I didn't know that this came with not hash browns but homefries. Very hot and delicious. Will be coming back.
I ordered a $5 biggie meal at the drive-thru and when I got my order, my burger was missing..... Had to go through the drive-thru again and when they gave me the burger, it had onions on it which I asked to not have on my burger. I don't know what's up with this Wendy's.
