I do a lot of reviews, but rarely on a fast food establishment. I have to say that Vanessa was beyond delightful. She has a great personality and a heart for serving others and it shows. My order was small and insignificant, but she really gave great service and I hope her employers will recognize her for that. The counter where you order and pick up food is a little cramped… but I do suggest you go here and look for Vanessa
Terrible location! They only take one order at a time. I would receive my food faster going to a sit-in restaurant. When I asked the manager for the corporate number, she replied that this location is a franchise. Yet had no way to contact the owner, so she said. Dishonest, slow, and improperly trained staff. For a franchise, do better!
So Wendy’s is up there with fast food restaurants BUT this Wendy’s is the ABSOLUTE worst one to go to. The managers are horrible. The employees are worse than McDonald’s and that’s not a good thing. The food is always over done. The drinks taste like they’ve been expired since 2008. Don’t get me started on the wait…the wait is longer than it would take to drive to Lake Worth, then order and back with food. Skip this Wendy’s and go to Lake Worth. You’re welcome.
We stopped at this location while we were picking up photos from Walgreens. I had a hankering for one of those strawberry lemonades and my kiddo wanted to try a frosty. She’s never had one so I decided why not?
Our order was perfect! The lady handing orders at the window was so sweet and they filled my frosty up full! We got what we came for in record time and were back on the road again.

Not sure what's going on here but they only had 2 people working inside was closed and line was all the way around the building. We ordered on the app and had to wait 45 minutes to get our food and it was cold.
Got the order wrong, food tasted like horrible, chocolate frosty was tangy and not chocolatey. All ended in the trash and a personal vow to never go to Wendy's again!
Not sure why all the negative reviews. I go early lunchtime, walk in, and am always met with professional attitude and service. Food is great and the people are too! Give them a try!
Food was okay but dining in, service was crap. No one called a number our food sat there while no one said anything not a name, order number I was upset because the worker giggled when I asked well is that my food that has been sitting there... Manager heard and said nothing did nothing. Soda machine had no ice no straws I mean come on ... Someone do the restocking lol.
