We stopped for a snack. The restaurant was tidy and modern. The service was friendly and quick. The food was tasty.
Went to the Wendy's in Carencro LA. The lady taking the order was nice but seemed like she was in a hurry and sent us straight to park and wait for our food. After about 6 minutes a guy appeared with the bags and all but threw the bags at us. Didn't really throw them but he slung them in the car windows where my husband was taken back and said do I get drinks and the guy was already gone. As we were looking to make sure all food was in the bags he appeared again and slung the drink carrier in the windows where my husband just barley kept from dropping it. The boy had already let go and my husband barely had his hands on it. No thank you, no have a good night. Really rude of the guy bringing the food out. I understand we all have bad days but atheist spend a nanosecond more to make sure the food being slung is being caught!
My drive through experience was great. The ladies working the window were awesome. The food was very good and fresh! I give them ????????

My husband picked up an order here last night. The fries were stale & the burgers were tasteless & soggy. Just horrible. We both also had really bad nausea & indigestion all night after eating it. I don’t think we’ll be returning to this location.
Absolutely love this particular Wendy's & the friendly employees that work there. I've never really had to wait in line to be served. If so, it wasn't very long at all. F or that type of cooked Hamburger... it's worth the wait. Restraunt & male's restroom are always clean & stocked with products for public consumption. I would definitely recommend this Wendy's to family, friends, or the general public seeking a fast food restraunt to dine out.
11/04/2022, 11:10 am-Haven't been here in months, they have gotten WORSE. #6 Spicy Chicken Meal-Asked for X Lettuce, X Onion, X Mustard; asked for size small. Was told they don't sell small. I asked for the smallest size they sell. Received 1 slice of lettuce, 2 rings of onion, sliver of mustard, GOB of mayo, med drink, LARGE fries. Why would they put & I assume charge for LG fries? Why 1 slice of lettuce & a GOB of mayo? AND they were not busy! 1 vehicle in front. Paid almost $11 for this & they didn't give a receipt. Was at drive thru so didn't notice it was not in the bag. Get a way better sandwich just down the road at Subway $6.50. Not sure how much Wendy's actually charges for just a spicy chicken sandwich, bet it's higher than $6.50 because it was $10.79 for the sandwich drink & LG fries (saved the extra 3/4 fries for my outside dog at home, don't waste). I took pics so next time I feel urge for spicy chicken sandwich I won't go here.
This place has a really nice staff. And they know I want my fries without cheese before I even order. So they remember your face and give excellent service. Food is always hot too. Even during slow hours.
The workers were super nice and helpful. Food was amazing. It has been a while since I had any fast food workers as good as these ones. Give those girls raises
