Wow. Don't bother. Ordered our food then sat for 10 minutes waiting for it to come out. It got to us and nothing was fresh. What were we even waiting on? One of the burgers were stone cold and had a stale bun, the other was just acceptable. Fries were cold. Nuggets were probably the best part but that's a pretty low bar.
For some reason there is always an issue at this location. I have been several times and if it’s not one thing it’s another. This time I was going through the drive through and the employee told me that I would have to come inside to place an order. When I asked the reasoning behind that I was told it was because they were in the middle of a shift change. I have never heard of such a thing from ANY other restaurant. As I drove past the window someone yelled out “don’t come back!”
Another time that I had gone through the drive thru I was told that they were only accepting cash payment and I didn’t have any cash. The reason for that was that their system was down. This was not due to the recent storm. It was months before that.
I know I’m not the only one having these experiences after reading posts on social media groups for the area.
If I ever have a desire for anything Wendy’s has to offer it won’t be from this location.
Someone needs to hire some new employees that will actually take orders without making excuses.
Nasty nasty attitudes! And horrible food...went through the drive thru ans interrupted a cigarette break. Needless to say you would have thought I asked for 20 burgers. Nope., just a small deluxe..had to wait with zero customers behind me..I was made to pull up and wait for a stale burger and cold fries. I waited at least 15 mins. NEVER AGAIN. They really should be ashamed of themselves. Rude too!
I won't be going back to this Wendy's. 2 weeks ago I went to drive thru to get a coke and was told abruptly I'd have to come inside that they were doing a shift change. Today there were about 4 people at the drive thru window that seemed annoyed they even had to hand me the kid's meal and watery chil without any meat. Not friendly at all. They need to take some courtesy lessons from Chic FIL A. I'm surprised they have any business at all
Waiting 5 mins at the drive thru, had to honk my horn to get attention of staff. The person who took my order, seemed to be the manager and was extremely rude. Then I had to wait next to the door for my order, even though they literally had ZERO customers. Get your stuff together, working in a fast food restaurant shouldn’t be this hard for adults.
I received the worst customer service I have EVER received from the drive-thru attendant, and I wasn’t even a customer. I was door dashing this evening and had to go through this Wendy’s twice. My first time through, she stated that she didn’t have the order. After looking at the order, I realized that the customer (who had already paid for this meal) had just ordered a frosty. I politely asked her if she could make the ONE item they had ordered and she proceeded to roll her eyes and slam the window in my face several times. The second time I went through, she stated that they didn’t have the spicy nuggets and that I needed to tell the customer, without giving me a replacement for the items they were missing. Once that was resolved (aka me saying regular would be fine) she handed me drinks, and I noticed they were missing frosties. When I told her about this, she proceeded to say that they were out of frosties when she literally had just made one for my first order. She was very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful to me as just a door dasher, i can only imagine how she is with paying customers. I wasn’t able to get her name bc her name tag was not visible. I can see why now. I will NEVER eat at this location solely bc of the disrespect i received tonight. I’d give this place 0 stars if it was an option.
Drive thru attendant very rude. After ordering 4 of our 5 meals we were rudely told "OK that's your last meal cause we only do 4 meals in a drive thru order!" We asked if it was a rule and if so why they didn't say that when the transaction started?! The rudely informed "we had a staff meeting where it was decided due to order discrepancies through the drive thru" I have never felt so disrespected and unwelcome than at this Wendy's. Y'all could learn how to treat customers from the Moonville location!
Girls playing too much and didn't bag the order right. They made the burgers wrong. Hospitality is crap. The manager needs to do better.
