Best WLM Reviews
Parking lot is a bit wonky, bathrooms were fair, service was quick, dining room could've been cleaner, simple order wasn't correct (shocker)
My expectations were low, and I wasn't disappointed.
Did they remodel it into a rehab center or a restaurant I can't tell. So far from what I've seen, I don't want my food from here anymore until hygienic appearance is improved. Plus I found a hair in my burger..Workers smoking and blowing it all inside when they walk in. Looking like they just woke up on a hangover, with chocolate chip cookies in their teeth. Sorry but they say customer feedback is important for improvement.
I called 15 times (can show my call log) and no answer. I had my card on me at home when I got a notification I had spent $10.45. I NEVER spent it. I called trying to get ahold of someone ANYONE and no one answered the phones. They are a business and need to answer their phones. I also came in one day ordered a couple meals and only got half the food. When I went in to get the rest it took at least 10 minutes before someone even recognized I was there. This store needs more attentive staff. There is no reason for them to not answer their phone, busy or not.
UPDATE: Lowering to 1 star. Consistently gets orders wrong. Ordering kids HAMburger meels and they continue to give cheeseburgers. Our kids wont eat the cheese and we specify every time now to make them plain with only ketchup and they still get it wrong, even when ringing it up correctly as hamburger (sometimes they do that wrong too and ring it up as cheeseburger). They also miss add ons all the time. I dont know if the highschoolers are just getting worse at reading or they arent training, but its super frustrating to have to be checking our food now EVERY time we go through
This place is getting slower and slower. Used to be super fast even with 5-6 cars in line they would get through them in 5-10 minutes. Now it's 5-10 minutes per car. Owners need to get on the workers because it's gotten so slow you can even call it fast food anymore
Some of the workers here act really shady and it makes for an interesting atmosphere when eating. Food is great but I will stick with ordering in the drive thru. There is something about ordering inside and the way some employees act that makes me feel really uncomfortable.
Need to really take a zero customer service was rude and found a long hair in my cheeseburger
People who work hard and make the best burger in town
Except for the incredibly slow service - which is ALWAYS (and going inside is not any better - you WILL wait to have your order taken. I had the person in front of place their order. Then, the employee walked away from the register. I had a mobile order, originally for the drive thru. They took so long, my order was cancelled in the app, and I had to start over. That was one experience. If the food wasn't so good and usually hot off the grill (most times), I likely wouldn't go there. I don't go often, usually when there only a few other customers.
