Haven’t been here in awhile. It’s been renovated, like the new look. However, it was really humid inside and the tables and floors were really sticky. I’ve never seen a message on the hamburger wrapper before, “do not microwave “. The chili and baked potato are always standard for me, just as good as always. The fruit punch though was like, sugar water!?!
Why is that i order from door dash I don't get my burgers come on you have kids working for you that don't care this has been the 3rd time and I'm always missing burgers and fries cold and to much salt. You know the dashers can't open the bags so it's not there fault. Wish the mangers would take care of this always missing stuff. And im not emailing anyone. I can't go into the store because we get no recipes. Only what we ordered on the app. O buy the way frosty to I order two
Today is thought I would give Wendy's another chance. My order is never right never get what I ask for and the food was cold. Tried calling but like always they never answer the phone. Paid $50 to not be happy.
#00011271 host zyla Man I feel like this is like the 1920s where is a black person is not allowed in a certain restaurant I arrived here at about 1127. The house was wonderful. We walked in and she was cleaning off the tables. I didn’t proceeded to the cashier desk where there was people standing around managers in the back and I asked hey can you take my order? She didn’t pointed to the African-American girl who did a great job on the tables and said it’s her job she can handle you. I’ve been asked why the manager proceeded to walk upfront and said you were allowed I’m gonna refund your money I said oh I thought you said I cursed at your house so I asked the host and you’ll see in the video, but this place is horrible. I will be contacting every possible chain of Wendy’s HR department today. I’ve never felt so offended in my life. I will never return to Wendy’s for that.
I'm a huge Wendy's fan. This particular store was the absolute worst. People moved like snails (stood in line for 10 minutes) watching one girl stare at the screen, one dude is laying French fries on the serving counter and then picking them up and putting them in the bag, not one person in gloves. Cashier takes orders, makes food without washing his hands, and the food was absolutely horrible. I hope this isn't a trend. There was literally nothing good about this visit. At all.
Ordered meal with a large Frosty. Was given a medium Frosty through drive thru but wasn't sure until pulling out. Went back in to ask if size given was a large and they stated that it was a medium, but they were out of large cups. Sort of floored that I was never given the option to select a large fountain drink or even told of the issue they were having. Additionally, if they had large fountain cups, could they not have just given me a Frosty in one if those? It's it really a better decision that choosing to deceive a customer and give them less than what they paid for without an explanation or an offering of a remedy.
Horrible! drive thru person was rude, disengaged, and made myself and girlfriend feel not welcome. Food was disgusting, meat was dry and cold, and rubbery, cheese unmelted, soggy onions and tomato, worse BK I've ever visited,
Twice now they have been out of items I ordered on the app. Both times the worker was not apologetic. They ask in an annoyed tone "what do you want instead" at the window. I know it's not their fault they are out of something, but the attitude could be better. Meanwhile I'm trying to think of their menu, while blocking the drive thru. It's very stressful and annoying.
