This location is consistently awful. I really wouldn't waste your time or money here.
They always have some excuse why they can't take your order even when you come 2 hours before they close.
The staff today was incredibly kind! We called when we got home to discover we were missing some food & they went over and beyond to be kind and sincere! Food is GREAT and service was even better. ????
Barely edible. Food was terrible. Buns seemed to be almost dry-rotted as they crumbled apart. Meat was cooked black and hard. Baconator was missing bacon (both sandwiches). Sad experience for $30!!! :(
Came thru drive thru. Had 2 separate orders. And they told us they couldn't do separate orders at window. So we didn't buy an. That's very lazy of people not to do separate orders. I can se. Why the parking lot and drive thru are so empty. Lazy people.
Traveling with my family If I could give ZERO stars I would. This was the worst fast food meal I’ve had in a while. For starters upon arrival the outside is not welcoming its an old building. Then inside was worst. They stuck it in a time capsule. Now for the good (gross part) the food. It was beyond terrible. I ordered 4 biggie bags with spicy and regular nuggets. The fries weren’t fresh asked for new fries then gave overcooked fries they forgot about in the fryer. They were clumped together.. and the employee had to break them up upon taking them out of fryer. Tomatoes on jr bacon cheeseburgers weren’t fresh. One of the burgers the stop bun was stale. The nuggets were nasty and fried rock hard too. Our drinks were nasty and watered down.. The best thing about my experience is I NEVER HAVE TO EAT HERE AGAIN ????
Food was delicious and on point. Drive-thru was a little slow. Guy at the window was friendly. The manager that handed me the food was about as personable as a chainsaw.
Showed up a little late in the evening (around 10pm) so I understand that service won't quite as good as earlier in the day. Neither the less I pull up to the drive and see every employee outside the back door passing around a joint. How do I know it was a joint and not a cigarette, I could smell the weed. I just drove off. I not dealing with that stinky weed smell on my food.
Don’t go at night. Night crew don’t give a blank about their job. Went 2 separate times. First time it looked like they dumped all the grease on both of the burgers (2 double burger). The second was literally a few moments ago; I ask for the $6 bacon bag why did I get the $5 one but was still charged for the $6 (yes imma complain about my $2 bc I had asked twice to confirm I was getting what I wanted) and the $6 and the $5 are made completely different so food was ssa. And both time (I’m assuming it’s the general manger or some type of manger) it was the same one.
