Why do you even have things on the menu if you're not even going to attempt to serve it after its been prepared correctly? The bread part was a stale rock and the cup says DO NOT MICROWAVE but doesn't have a way to heat it up to melt the icing. The first time this happen I figured it was just a one time occurrence but this is the second and last time because the restaurant went from fresh and tasty to poorly handled ghetto food.
I always come to this Wendy’s to get their baconator fries I always ask for both cheese and i go to open my fries it done look like someone ate half of my fries and there’s no cheese like if ur not gonna eat it how you make it why do this to customers just horrible
Went to pick up A Door Dash at 1:05 a.m the order was sent in before they closed we pull up to the drive through and the guy says " we're closed". I said I am picking up A order that's already been placed. He said "still closed". So this person can't do their job and I'm out half the money I was supposed to recieve and someone who placed their order way before they closes has to miss out on food and wait to be refunded their money they already spent or the order wouldn't have went through. Thanks to today's laziness in the workforce 2 out 3 people got screwed.
The restaurant was filthy and either the drink machine or ice machine continously leaks water right at the door. This is a safety hazard, someone is going to fall and get hurt. There were no signs indicated the water. We decided to leave because of how dirty the lobby and kitchen were.

This looks like new construction. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The outdoor tables looked inviting, but on this relatively hot day we opted for the air conditioning inside.
8:30p Thursday 08/07/25 at drive thru. I originally hear a huff as I reread my order on screen. Next, Body language very bad eyes rolling I don’t care attitude rushed with no napkins and fries cold. The cashier acted as if you can’t ask for mustard mayonnaise and ketchup all at once. She then slams the window as I visually checked my order. She doesn’t quite understand that I am keeping her 12$/hr paycheck rolling. Customer service at the places are horrible. Some people like to make things worse in cases like this she should thank God for my patience.
Drive thru was backed up to the road and partially wrapped around the building. Decided to walk in to place my order of fries and a drink. Figured out very quickly why this restaurant is a hot mess....the employees behind the counter were arguing with each other LOUDLY, and there was a customer who had their order given to them wrong twice. Employee refused to correct the order, which made the customer angry ???? . It was terrible, to say the least. Higher management needs to retrain staff or hire new employees. All this chaos explains why the drive thru was backed up and cars were trying to get out of line to go somewhere else. Don't blame them.
Woman working at the window at approximately 1:05 on Tuesday July 30th is bad at her job. Shes trying to work so fast she is messing up. Had her hand out for my card before even getting to the window, then messed up the order and left out things I asked for. And on top gave me the completely wrong receipt. I understand wanting to be efficient but at least do the job right.
