As a cleaning service owner, I always notice the cleanliness of places I visit, and I have to say Wendy’s exceeded my expectations! The restaurant was spotless, from the dining area to the restrooms. On top of that, the food was fresh, and the staff was friendly. It’s refreshing to see such attention to detail in both cleanliness and service. Highly recommend for a great meal in a clean, welcoming environment!
I usually don’t write reviews. But after the 15th time eating here for the year, I had to. My wife and I have season passes to Six Flags and we always stop by this specific location to get Spicy Nuggs and Spicy Chicken sandwich. Every time we eat here it always hits. This locations deserves a Michelin Bib Gourmand! The food is always consistently good and fresh. This Wendy’s never misses. It’s most likely due to the leadership, the GM. I read on the door they have been with the company since 1999. Keep up the good work, hope you get promoted.
The ladies are grumpy half the time, I came today with a mobile order and there’s an Indian dude or Hispanic dude that looks Indian that was SO rude. Told me to my order was in the lobby (from drive through). Nobody in the lobby to get it, grabbed it myself. I order ahead to help everyone out. In and out, easy for everyone. It wasn’t even busy. It was just me. He literally could have handed me my food. The food is hit or miss. This location used to be fire every time. Idk what happened. Right by my house tho ????
I asked for a few ghost pepper ranch sauce and they gave me 1 for a large order of fries. Why is every Wendy's stingy with their sauce?
I used to love going to this place, but not anymore. Has management changed, just seems as though no one cares. Young man dropped my frostie and had I not been watching he was going to give it to me until the young lady he was working with told him not to. Good help is hard to find these days.
Whoever supervises or manages in the morning is really great. He takes the time to be friendly, even if I place my order a minute after they open, and he always packages the food thoughtfully and neatly. The customer service is top notch in the AM and is worth a visit if you want Wendy’s.
I don't usually have issues at the one near the car wash, but today I ordered the chicken parm salad and half way thru...a hair. So I called and spoke with Laura who at first tells me no one has short hair there. Well I don't have black hair nor is it short. She finally said she would give me credit, but don't think I'll be going there for awhile.
We ordered veggie sandwiches!! It was good like we want. They forgot to add cheese but when we told them they remade our order! Amazing service!!
