Food was decent but every table was dirty. There were no napkins or ketchup. Only two employees and they didn’t really seem to care. The floor was so greasy it was like trying to walk on ice
I came here around 6pm to get some food and the person taking orders did not sound happy at all like he hates his job ???? straight attitude, had me waiting almost 10mins to take an order big line behind me. Food was extra dry chicken crispy sandwich was hard like it’s been sitting out all day bread was hard food was cold, and the only sauce they had was ranch!
Don’t go when they’re about to close. We came in on a late flight and not much was available. We thought they were open later but shortly realized we were ordering 5 minutes before closing. No bacon, we ordered 3 different chicken sandwiches but couldn’t tell the difference between any of them when we ate them. 5 orders of fries and they were all limp and not edible. All the sodas were served without ice. Not sure if that’s just a NC thing or not. The employee at the drive thru was very pleasant but they were definitely annoyed that we were ordering. Definitely will go somewhere else next time, Waffle House or McDonald’s.
The food and service are usually great here but not this time. The tomatoes were awful, and there was very little sauce on the hamburger.
Honestly this is the worst location I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Not only do they always get your order wrong they always have an attitude when you ask them to fix it. I’m always polite I don’t give people in customer service a hard time because I’ve worked customer service for years. It can really suck but 8 times Wendy’s?!? 8 times in a row straight you get the entire order wrong and then want to argue about it. I’m done with Wendy’s all together
Clean and well stocked, I've never had an issue of running out of ketchup or any other items. Coke Zero is a plus in my book, it would be nice if they had one of those machines where you can choose your soda and then add flavor, it's just a standard soda dispenser. The staff is friendly and my food has always been on point.
Very friendly service. Food was good. But the drink station was off. I don't know how the new machines work. But ALL of the drinks had way too much carbonation. In the old machines, I would say the syrup was out and needed to be changed....
Went to this location to eat but didn't get a chance to before leaving. When we arrived there was a male worker outside smoking a cigarette which was ok. When we went inside we stood by the register waiting to be greeted and helped. That same male worker came inside walked past us holding a cup of water proceded to the hand washing sink and spit inside the sink. I was disgusted and left.
