This Wendy's site was a monstrosity. The service was horrible. It had a bad smell. The bathrooms were not readily accessible. Food wasn't good. Tables were not clean. I'm glad I had wipes with me to make things clean for my kids to eat. Yuck. They need new management or something.
I am never disappointed! Drive thru is always a little wait… no fear the line does move. I like their chicken sandwich and baked potato. Yummy!
Employees were arguing the whole time I was at the window. It took them almost 10mins just to ring me up. And then they asked me to pull up and said they'd bring my food out. 5+mins later, I went in to get my food and my bag of food was just sitting their like they didn't know that they were supposed to bring it out to me. Smh
Throw the whole Wendy's away. Customers can't use the restroom until you place an order. They force you to urinate on yourself like you're an animal for a sale. It's no humility for humanity. Because staff was unsure about me being a potential sale they DISCRIMINATED on me and wouldn't allow me use to the restroom.
They're fries was cold & taste old, milkshake milky, I ordered a double bacon cheese burger & a double cheese burger for adults. They sent me to kids cheese burgers, no bacon. I ordered through Uber. Uber driver didn't have no sense to grab the straws for the milkshake. The food & Uber service was terrible. Don't never order delivery from here.????????????????
I made 4 orders and I asked for a shopping bag. The lady handed me the bag and didn't help me put the food in it. Usually at other Wendy's they'll put all the bags in one big one for you. They also had the big fan blowing across the floor, and the cord was blocking where you walked. If you didn't pay attention, you were falling over the cord. I'm not visiting this one again.
I'll never order from here again. it's like they leave The cleaning supplies by the cups. Because everytime I come here My Beverages tast like Chemicals. And I know it's not only me my daughter said the same thing please find a different Wendy's
Kareema was taking the order! She didn’t even make an eye contact with me, no greeting nothing! I felt like I don’t exist ????! How come someone like her works in customer service, I don’t really understand! They have no focus on customer service! That’s a shame for Wendy’s
