Absolutely one of the worst locations. Made a mobile order Nov. 16th for breakfast @ 7 am. The restaurant was closed on a Saturday. Was informed they do what they want. This isn't the 1st time this has happened. Owners and managers need to get there act together.
Order on Uber eats the driver called me saying they didn't have anything but nuggets. So I said that was fine but i order 2 spicy and only got one. And they didn't even want to make my food or drink. Horrible people and Horrible service get yall crap together or just get new people who would actually want to work
Slowest Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. The worst part, I keep expecting it to be better next time. I live by and I'm just going to start driving to Crowley from duson, order, pickup my food, drive back to duson, waive the same customers in the dive threw and go home.
Never even get a "sorry for the wait"
Don’t even deserve a star! Went to drive thru, no one talked at all over speaker. Drove up, they looked at us for several minutes & ignored us. Finally, a lady comes to window & says we have to get down because they’re not taking orders at the window. Wasn’t even nice about it! And there were no customers in there! We drove off.????
Checked out other reviews (after the fact), which were negative. What kind of establishment is this?!?
If only 0 was possible. Food was cold old and nasty. Frosty was water. Took 10 minutes to take my order and I was the only customer! Manager is having a meeting with employees while customers are just standing there waiting. This place is terrible 0/5 would not recommend.

Employees Are Slower Than Molasis, Cashier Was More Worried About Answering Her Phone & Playing With Her Smart Watch & Charger, Then Blabbing With Other Employees, Then Taking Orders, Then Didn't Take My Order Correctly Had Too Wait 20 Minutes For My Frosty After 2 Other Managers Told Her Too Get It For Me...Trash Is Overflowing, Now The Cashier Is Saying She Doesn't Touch Trash, Don't Get Paid Too Touch Trash, Lobby Is Disgusting...Tables Haven't Been Wiped Down @ All, Won't Be Stopping Here Again Anytime Soon...
The sodas Machine was not working at all and it took 20 minutes before I was able to place my order and they didn't even have a full crew it was just 2 people working back there and it took 30 minutes to make my food while 4 other people waited to place there order and the food was not even like advertised on the menu they need to fire the manager get a better staff in there because they are losing money than making money and the food was cold as well
