Stopped by to get a salad on break and they put blue cheese on it. I stated I didn’t eat blue cheese and you can see the attitude on the cashiers face. then the girl in the back told her to toss it. I asked for my chicken to be cut up in my salad and the girl they claimed named is katelyn told her that she couldn’t. Now why would I want to eat a salad with a whole piece of chicken patty in it. I have no utensils to cut it. I only have a fork. This is ridiculous.‘I could have just got a sandwich. Customer service is very poor at this location.
Consistently great service even while busy. I have a great cashier every time & she helps the process go smoothly. I believe her name is Courtney because that's what's on my receipt. Thank you & keep up the good work!
The worst location I've ever been too in my life, placed a pick up order, I get to the window they tell me my order isn't there so I drive home to confirm my order, I return to the store with the time, order number and address of their location, they then tell me sorry it's not in their system they can't serve me food after I paid for the order !! This is insane! I ask for the manager he tells me he is the manager and I need to call another store across town to see if they have my order when he's looking at my order with the address of his business! Rude to me and my daughter, I will never return here with their attitudes and disrespect to a customer when there was proof of a order being place and paid for you, train your staff to handle situations better then telling customers to leave and go to another location.
I ordered 2 Dave’s Doubles and a small frosty. The cashier could have been more welcoming and is the main detriment of my review. She was not rude but I perceived a bit of standoff, maybe just awkward. Food came quickly. The crew seemed to work well together. A mop and bucket were left out right in front of the register, but the floor definitely needed its use and they did seem busy.
They say they close at 1am and me and my husband pull in at 12:39 and no one would answer the speaker or answer the phone when I tried to call. Like why say your open till 1am when you don’t want to do the work. Worse customers service store ever and I usually don’t complain about places but being a manager in a fast food restaurant the customers always come first no matter what time of day it is and if a customer comes before you close you have to take their order
Totally unorganized and Mgr. had no clue how to get her staff in sync. You don’t have any of your employees taking trash out during the busiest hour.

Food was good and hot. Baked potato was a little smaller then usual, but still very good. Lettuce and tomatoes on my burger were good and fresh
I have been here twice in the last month and ordered a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger which is bun, burger, bacon, LETTUCE and TOMATO!! both times I have not gotten the lettuce or tomato.. IT COMES ON IT!!!! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS WENDYS!
