The staff was so awesomely friendly and greeted me as I left... I thought that was so nice... the eating area clean and the burger was made so well and extremely close to the advertisingment... will definitely be back if I'm ever in Purcell Ok
Location was clean and nice. Not run down like other Wendy’s we’ve been to. Bathroom was clean. Food was nice and hot and new. The attendant that gave us the food was nice as well. My kids were surprised but glad to see it was nice because they originally wanted the competition beside it.
I did an online order and my sandwiches had old chicken on them and my fries were old too 32$ worth of food. they told me that it was my fault the chicken was old and the fries were old too because I took to long to pick it up which I only live 10 mins away. Absolutely disgusting.
The young man that took my order and the young woman that gave me my order in the drive through were probably the most pleasant and professional people in fast food I've encountered in a long time. Great job!
Very rarely do i get a burger from a fast food place that looks exactly like the picture on the menu. People in the drive thru were extremely friendly. Will always find a reason to come back here when i am near the area
I drive from Dallas to Okc everyday as my commercial truck route and I pass at least 5 Wendy’s but I always stop at this one because it’s always clean and the evening crew are friendly the food always come out fast
Lobby closed during open hours and I'm told by the manager that they didn't expect people to want to come inside to eat. So when short handed because the employee you hired calls in, then you as the manager are to fill the position, which is why as a manager, you get paid more. You are supposed to not act like a regular employee and you are supposed to be accountable for the store while you are the manager on duty. So this "well what do you want me to do" question gets a simple answer, open the lobby so we can sit and eat not eat in our car on our trip home from Purcell. Oh and that attitude is not needed and only escalates a situation. Our visit was on 2/18/24 at 8:45pm when you were supposed to be open. Bad customer service by the manager.
I haven't been to a Wendy's in YEARS! We were passing through and decided to stop. The menu is great, something for everyone. I got a grilled chicken salad, my husband got a prezzel burger, the kids got chicken nuggets. They love the fancy soda machine, that has so many choices. The dining room was clean, and so were the bathrooms. The lady that took our order helped my husband pick a burger. She was very friendly. We were getting our dinner to go to keep driving, and they put each persons meal in different bags to make it easier to eat with kids in the car. This Wendy's went above and beyond. Will definitely be back the next time we are in the area! We had already started eating when we took the pictures. ;)
