I've only ever used the drive-through, but staff is always pleasant and efficient. The order is correct and fresh. When I need a fast bite in the area, it is my go-to spot.
Im so upset. I came to get a Cobb salad. I waited a long time for my order to be placed. When I received it the chicken was hard and old. It lookwd like yesterday over cooked meat. I asked can I get a different chicken for the salad. They decided to make the whole salad over but still gave me the same meat. ???? I thought I was going to have fresh chicken cooked over. I waited a second time for it so why not get it fresh. I didn't even ask them to do it again. I decided to keep the salads take a picture and leave my review. Both salads had hard dry cold meat. Im going to reach out to customer service. Totally unacceptable.
Do yourself a favor and find a different Wendy's location if you go there late at night. I don't expect the best service when getting fast food but this was just ridiculous. The wait was over 30 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. I ordered through the mobile app and got two frosties. I get up there and the machine wasn't working so I asked for a refund. They said they couldn't give me one and gave us soda instead which we did not want. They need to fix it where they can refund you because I paid extra for the frosties. Everyone seemed tired there and had a bit of an attitude but I can't blame them. Some of our customizations weren't mad and the fries tasted like old oil. Our sandwiches weren't hot either and they ran out of ketchup. Really? This place is not run well at all and I would never go back. The manager did call apologizing and offered me a free meal...no thanks.
Rude, disrespectful and to laugh in our faces about the treatment we received from them. Heck No! It's not racist, I'm black, they are black. The difference, we are Seniors. There are just too many fast food businesses in the area to spend money where the staff and managers felt that was appropriate behavior. You are representing a business. This is not your house.
i went through the driveway today ordered 2 large chilis a large fry and 2 4 peice chicken nuggets we recieved 1 order of our nuggets no spoons for our chili very rude customer service and the wait time was so long should be ashamed of how you guys treat people especially your own kind
Before I go into what was bad I need to say that the service was great. The cashier's were abnormally friendly which I am definitely a fan of. Now the problems we faced were three things, the fries were cold, the sandwich also was cold, and the facility was dirty. Shortly after my wife was itching and scratching after sitting in the booths of this establishment. The tables weren't clean they were sticky and had crumbs all over it. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and say someone probably didn't get to it yet, but it was a slow day and most of the tables were covered in crumbs and sticky residue. If this was only about the service, they'd get a 5 star, but a restaurant isn't only about service.

I went into this location off of Camp Creek Market Place. I decided to go in because the "drive through" was not moving. When I entered there were several people standing inside and no one behind the counter said a word to me. No one said "Hello, We'll be right with you or "Welcome" I stood there for more than 5 minutes and still not a word. Finally a crew member said what can I get for you? I said to him "I have been standing here and you could not acknowledge that I'm here no greeting or "I apologize for the wait, we're backed up with orders we'll be right with you". He responds with "Well we were busy and really backed up and you're not on this side of things". Then acts like he couldn't care less and says "What can I get for you? and I said "absolutely nothing!" and walked off. He then mumbles and makes a slick comment and quickly asks the person behind me if he would like to order. I also saw one of the crewmembers pulling up his pants with the same hands he's preparing your food with. His pants were hanging down and you can clearly see his boxers!!! Do you really want someone serving your food from this location? They are unclean!!! This place is just down right nasty!!!
Service good they don't do flavored creamer and would have to charge extra if they were to pump flavored syrup....????????♀️????????♀️
