I stopped thru the drive for a bit of fast-food nourishment. lol ???? I ordered a double ch, burger w/extra, extra, extra mustard only.
Along w/a sm chocolate frosty. I think the young lady at the window must have remembered me. Bcuz I was there the other day. And ordered the same thing. Only the drive thru was busy.
So I went inside.
But when I saw her tonight w/a beautiful smile as she looked back at me. Like she had a hunch that I was the same guy from the other day. She even mentioned that she put a side cup of mustard in my bag.
Just like I asked for the other day.
So she had to remember, bcuz She was right on the mark and on point.
Anyway my burger was "BANGING"
And I couldn't be more happier w/her outstanding service. And the pride she puts into her job was outstanding. She should be proud of herself. I know she made my evening a lot brighter. She showed me that she's able to put the extra effort in for the customers satisfaction. Imo, that speaks of professionalism, and a class act.
I wish I knew her name. To add to this review. But she knows who she is.
I appreciate people like that.
Although those folks are far, few and in between.
That's why they stand out like that.
Ya just have to pay attention. And pay it back w/gratitude, if get the chance. Anyways, I want to Thank that little darlin.

Walked in there last night to get a Frosty. The man, who looked to be the shift lead @ 7:00 PM was cussing out some younger employee for being “lazy” right in front of me when the entire restaurant could hear due to how loud said leader was yelling. Extremely unprofessional behavior on the part of leadership, and even if said employee was lazy, that is no excuse to try and break him down in front of customers.
It's a Wendy's. If you've been to one you been to just about all of them. This one has nothing that stands out over others.
The food is good, the service is ok. At least they didn't smashed my sandwich. ????
Rating this on the fast food scale is easy. Our two Wendy's both are excellent in service and quality. Order the biggie bags or use the app for some excellent deals I'm today's high priced fast food world.
I don’t know how they don’t get my frosty then they say do u want refund then bring me my frosty. Wierd then they Turing lights off at 10:15 when close at 11 false advertising and also people are rude . I will make complaint to higher up
They have gotten my order wrong on several occasions included when I door dash from them. I recommend just going to the Wendys on Milan Rd the service is far better and the employees don't act like taking your order is an inconvenience to them
I’m just wondering if the manager at this Wendy’s gets a bonus for saving crackers? When you order chili they act like it’s a crime to give you more than one pack of crackers. They’re just crackers for crying out loud. Stop hoarding the crackers.
I really like how friendly they were. Lady greeted us right when we entered the place. Food was great and prompt. Everyone was friendly. Thank you.
