Ordering through the drive-through was easy m, but the younger female that took my money had an attitude for some reason. I just got home and found hair in my food.
Had to ring door bell for service, crews acted like I was a burden and took their time wile I was exposed to bad weather. After confirming order, I moved to vehicle to stay warm and dry, after 15 minutes surely the food should be done so since the drive through was empty I pulled up to the pickup window. The guy opened the window with a Additude and practically tossed the bag to me replying "last time we do this" I asked do what?, window slammed. Rediclous, this new store is terrible and difficult. Dave would be spinning in his grave if he knew that you now have to ring a damn door bell to get any service then get treated like an inconvenience to the crew of four that took almost 20 mins for a cold old order. Nuggets dry and not fresh like bottom of the bin waste of time. The gentleman with the Additude had two different colors for hair dark styles and need better training and manners. I will not be back to this location, awful experience to the new store I was at first excited to try out and see...won't last long doing business this way, I'll get something else or drive further where the crew and food is better. Never again
The white looking stuff is bacon fat!! It came off my mushroom bacon burger which was pink! Had I paid attention to my burger I wouldn't have eaten almost every bite. But I was riding in the car and it's dark out. I got in the house and looked down and ugh, pink. The bacon I pulled off bc it was like chewing on rubber. So gross. This store was awsome prior to the changes. I will find another store because I won't be back to this one. So disappointing
This location sucks since they tore down the old building and rebuilt. Super slow service. Used to be a good location.
The new structure and design is okay for the drive-thru but not much dining space inside and they are lacking on getting your orders correct.
Not enough space for dining. Practically forces customers to use drive-thru.
Using A.I at the drive-thru now. Rebuilt building looks like a oil change shop. Just crappy service.
They always have delicious food. Always fresh and hot, fast, friendly service. One of my favorite places to eat.
