Food was horrible Fries were overcooked and the manager is rude and needs to be trained they gave me a sprite in a dirty used cup and I ask for a refund he ask me for my food back and didn't try to fix it
If I get sick, it going to be a problem. I had a raw burger and it already has my stomach hurting and had me in the toilet. I was fine before that. I was there 11/21/24 at 8:50 pm didn't leave till abot 9:01 pm. That's real messed up cause my 5 year old was going to eat but he didn't want it. I'm calling the manager today to make a complaint.
Used to be my fave Wendy’s in the area. They’ve steadily declined in the last few months. This salad is it for me! I called to ask where my cheese was, and they said, “they all have cheese unless it’s the one that doesn’t have cheese”…. What?…
Then the bacon. They said they no longer crumble the bacon because they use the same bacon they put on sandwiches. They said there’s no way for them to crumble it and just make it the way they’re told. Well alrighty then… thanks for the info so I no longer have to come back for sorry food and service. The chicken was hard as a rock, so I know it had to be from this morning or yesterday…
If I wanted a toddler to make my salad, I would’ve asked mine. She could’ve done a better job.
About two weeks ago, I went to this location to use one of my free frosty coupons and when I said, I wanted to get a junior frosty chocolate all the employee would say is we are out of Frosty’s , That’s funny the sign says Wendy’s not McDonald’s
I stopped for a quick bite! Biggest mistake, the service was poor. The environment was dirty. Last but not least I found a hair in my food. ????
We stood in line for over five minutes and no one ever acknowledged us. When we were walking out one of the employees laughed and said, "Awe they're leaving. " The smell of weed was also ridiculous.
Wow is this really what you call a large fry, look how empty the top is. Should’ve just made me pay for medium. Not only was the order wrong when he repeated it back to me but you are basically just taking my money. I should get what I paid for I’ll definitely will not be back to this Wendy’s ever. Come here if you want to get shorted food.
Somebody explain this to me I go through the drive-thru I forgot to order a small chocolate Frosty I could understand if there was other customers behind me but I'm the only one in the drive-thru I order at the window and the guy that's working it tells me I had to drive all the way around just a order a dollar chocolate frosty is this a policy that y'all have in place cuz the same guy taking the money also takes the orders I know because I used to work it wendys
