Order through mobile app but it was so cold I went in to get my order so staff wouldn't have to come out. Walked in the black older lady with short needs to be educated on how to greet or how not tell a customer they wrong cause she forgot to put something in the bag! I had a big order and I have no reason to want no free rubbery nuggets just I paid almost 50 dollars I want everything I paid for!! She was already rude with how she slammed my cup on counter cause I asked was the order ready. I brush it off then Everytime she opened her mouth she had a attitude. She needs to clean the back or flip burgers shouldn't be in front representing this store.
The drive through cashier DEAJA was VERY rude from the minute we place our order to picking it up at the window. We provided a QR code for a discount which she took the phone to scan and never gave us the discount, we asked for 2 large drinks and 1 medium we only received 1 large drink and 2 medium, we asked for spicy nuggets and received regular nuggets. When told to change for spicy her attitude got worse. I would have just blown it off as it's late and probably a long day BUT her nasty attitude, rolling her eyes, arguing/yelling at me and the manager standing in back of her listening to everything and saying ABSOLUTELY NOTHING topped it off.
Night staff is so rude- specifically the young african american girl. We came an hr before close- up when receiving our order she did not say a word to us and aggressively handed us the bag. I’m always so nice to restaurant workers because I know how tough the industry is but don’t bite the hand that feeds you.
Late night drive through. Got a large chili, sandwich and triple berry soft serve cup. Good service right before closing. Little wait. Pretty empty but it was 11:30 pm on a week night. Closing at midnight. Enjoyed the new flavored soft serve. Chili is always good.
If you want people to order food from here whoever was working the window today needs to either be trained or replaced. I always try to be kind and give people the benefit of the doubt as you don't know what someone is going through but whatever it was she was clearly taking it out on people at the window. She almost made me feel guilty for ordering food. I only ordered nuggets and a frosty but it seemed like if I asked for anything else she would have flipped the register.
This place is so bad.
My friend was trying to ask if they still sold the 50 pc nuggets for her family and the worker couldn’t understand because the speaker wasn’t picking up what we said. My friend simply giggled because she repeated herself so much and suddenly this lady says, “oh you tryna be funny” like excuse me? Lady this is Wendy’s. We just wanted some chicken nuggets and she’s tryna pick a fight. We ended driving off and getting nothing because no way I’m dealing with that. Please get new workers.
A Lady named Michele gave us the best laugh at the drivethru she was the best. food was great GIVE HER A RAISE LMAO
The fact that t in 2024 that the lobby is still closed and is inexcusable. It was understandable in 2020, maybe 2021, but not 2024. I don't drive, so I can't use the drive thru. Given that other locations in Milwaukee have their lobby open, again, it's inexcusable that this locations remains closed.
