Mold on my bun, employee immediately apologized and threw all buns out and got a new batch.. She made a new burger and apologized again; handled it well.. Food is great love the team, but may have to inspect before devouring from now on.
Didn't get a receipt and got all the way home only to have burnt crunchy fries and a raw hamburger. Tried to call and of course no answer!!!

My husband went here around 11:30 pm on November 29th. He woke up to multiple charges on his debit card totaling up to almost $1,000 on various websites. Someone here is stealing card info. Tried to call the store but their phone line is not on.
I'd like to say after waiting 40 mins in line last night that I had a good experience. The young lady who took the order rushed me to complete it by cutting me off & asking if I'm done twice, the manager just held the items I ordered like a baseball pitcher, really fast & rushing. He Facial expression read the same, as if I were holding the line up trying to check my order. I asked if she was having a good night, that's when her demeanor softened a little. The only person who did not look or act bothered was the young man who took my money. On top of being in line for so long, I just knew the food would be hot and fresh. NOT! Cheese wasn't melted, lukewarm meat & nuggets, cold buns & fries. I understand the associates may be tired after a long day. I showed respect with "yes ma'am, please" but it wasn't enough for the order takers attitude to change.
This place was infested with flies absolutely everywhere, the workers were screaming across the building interrupting my time to talk to friend. It was so humid in here and the floors were slippery as soon as you walked in. The food was gross and made my stomach hurt really badly after eating. Wont be coming back obviously and yall shouldnt either.
This is one of the best Wendy's I have had. The bacon and cheese potato was killer. Best JR bacon , had loads of bacon and great taste.
Once you enter the line you are trapped...soooo when they decide to take their sweet time making the food you are stuck there...good food but not worth the wait good.
