I reported this location to the health inspector due to this location putting a large piece of plastic in my drink. This could’ve been given to my child who ordered the same thing. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous and I may consult with my legal team pending the health inspectors investigation
Got home and checked my bag. These are supposed to be classic chicken sandwiches. Clearly not fresh! Went back to the store girl making sandwich’s told me they are all made that way, which I know isn’t true because I’ve gotten them here before actually made correctly. Requested a refund because I’m not eating sandwiches smelling like grease and burnt! Won’t order here again.
Young lady, taking order very unprofessional and rushing us through the order. Get to the window she’s on her cell phone. Poor customer service after the window high. How are you? Take the money hand us. Our drinks pulls us up to the door fries or mediocre cheese not melted on a chicken sandwich. Definitely not dressed for work shoes Nonslip shoes were definitely not in use had on some bubble crocs, delivered our food still on her phone and didn’t say a word when she handed us our food.
Food almost made me puke! First time I came through the drive thur the food was extremely cold and old… returned it just to have the same food refried. It’s not hard to tell when your food is dropped back in the grease. At this point, it’s no point of a return… to the trash goes my money smh… never again!
I went to the drive through and got a chicken ranch wrap that was no joke inedible. The chicken was so flavorless, tough and dry that I took what bite and thought I had accidentally eaten the package or something.
This is my first time visiting and I’m here with my Girl Scout Troop #1166 from Raeford, NC. There’s about 15 of us but we received our order quickly and it was fresh! Also, the girls were delightfully surprised with Frosty’s by the staff. Thank you to the staff because it really made the girls day!
Been here several times times, no receipt and I get home over charged with one of the dumb little coupon books. This is the third time I’ve been charged for a coupon book and not even asked about it.
Seriously? We go into Wendy's to eat. An employee from Taco Bell next door is standing there blocking the way. They start arguing because Wendy's ordered Taco Bell and somebody said they weren't going to pay for something. So the Taco Bell employee is on her microphone thing and other employees from Taco Bell come running over to Wendy's. They are all in there arguing really heavily and making threats. This is not the kind of atmosphere or restaurant that should be carrying on that way. Yes it's Wendy's and unfortunately Wendy's is getting a bad rep anymore because of people's behavior. But the people of Taco Bell weren't behaving any better. This is a public restaurant. They should behave more courteously. They didn't even say anything to us and we stood there for several minutes and nobody even acknowledged we were in there because they were so busy fighting with each other. I'm glad I don't own those companies because a lot of people would be finding a new job in each one. I don't recommend going there. When we turned around and left, not one person apologized or asked us to come back in and order. They acted like we were not even there. Wendy's, I'm glad you can afford to lose money like that. The same goes for the Taco Bell next door. We will not be going back to either one and we'll make sure everybody knows to stay away from both of them.
