This is probably the worst I have ever been to Wendy’s!!! Definitely not coming in at night for a late dinner! They served me raw meat especially chicken for the combo #9. As I got home and ate the sandwich half way in I realized that it seems kind of off so I looked into the sandwich and I see that was raw!! I had to stop my bf from eating the other half! At first I thought it was fresh since it was still hot and warm!! But!! It seems like that did a quick drop and undercooked the chicken to able to serve me the food right away and not realizing that I would come back and make my complaint being served undercooked chicken!!!
I asked for a refund but the lady at the window said she will only refund the sandwich. I said no because I had to come back because I was served raw meat and they couldn’t even cook the food properly the first time so why would I be only getting a refund for just the sandwich!!!? It’s a waste of my time and gas just to come back because yall couldn’t do your job the proper way!
I think you guys need a food safety inspection at night time because ain’t no way yall are even allowed to serve your customers raw food!
I went through the drive through and ordered via mobile app: ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chives, add butter. A chili with a packet of hot sauce, and a small hamburger with no pickles.
The baked potato: they didn't give me the sour cream or butter. Just a dry potato with chives.
The chili: no hot sauce packet.
The small hamburger: had pickles on it.
They literally managed to screw up every single food item. Oh! And 1 napkin??? Whats that about? Do they even look at the orders? The level of incompetence is sadly amazing.
Overpriced but delicious. And truly a beautiful restaurant well decorated n well cleaned and maintained. Staff are kind of rude n don't seem to know that chips, salsa, chili , and sour cream all come with the taco salad so after requesting the components for my salad got a pretty rude disrespectful eye roll. So not sure if I'll be back at this location.
This is a really good Wendy’s. Food was really hot. Drive thru was super quick. Employees were extremely friendly as well
I'm am frustrated, as there is always an issue of some sort when we get here. The lobby if freezing cold, and trash and/or spilled drink is all over the drink station, floor. The food is usually good, and we have been going here even before it burned down and was rebuilt. But drive thru takes a really long time during peak times, and the staff is really new so when problems come up(as anywhere they will) there is panic and chaos behind the counter. I hope they figure out how to run this location soon, because I miss the old Wendy's.
There's always homeless camped nearby, but the one in the picture is right in front of my window.
Asked for regular chicken nuggets and they gave me spicy. We are in a hurry and can’t go back but none of us can eat them so I just wasted 10 dollars and will have to get my kid something else ????
I placed a order online i figured I'm little over 10 minutes away they should have my order ready by time I get there.
I get to the drive thru and its 7 cars ahead. Still no need to get upset its a Friday night. By time I pull up to the window lady seems nice. Hands me my bags of food. I'm pulling away and my wife told me we are missing fries. I go back to the drive thru and get the fries.
I get home well the Pub Fries lid was not closed. I am surprised that they didn't fall over in the bag. The Chilli lids was left open and the Chilli spilled all over the bag and got all in my car. Now I can see the Chilli being an accident but this was the third time this has happened at this Wendy's. I give it a 2 ???? and not a 1 because if I place a specific order they get it right. Just be careful ordering Chilli from them.
Update: try to go back to see if things got better. Not a chance. They can't keep theirs employees ????. Every time i order. In person they mess up my order and online they mess up my order. Since thing have not improved im giving this place a 1 star.
Everything is brand spanking new, this puts the other Wendy's on Watt Ave looking very outdated. I went about 9pm , about 3 cars in the drive thru lane, service was quick and employee was friendly.I'm Digging the new look. Order was correct, food was hot, their new bacon fries were delicious.
