I was paying with Google pay. They added on a 5 dollar "cash" charge to my Google pay. I brought the receipt back up asking for a explanation and they said they couldn't refund my the money. After many complaints they finally caved and gave me my 5 dollars back. Pretty sure at the end of the day they would have "refunded" the cash charge and removed money from the drawer and pocketed it. Check your receipt when going here.
The fries were cooked in old oil. The taste and the grease actually made me very sick. And there were pictures of the berry frosty and they said they never had it and wouldn't be. And had no idea if any of the other locations had it or not
The drive through service was decent. However, that's the only good thing I can say. We were told to pull up and wait because the chicken wasn't ready. 10 minutes later, a nice lady gave us our order. My daughter was half way into her chicken sandwich and noticed ⅓ of it was completely RAW! Drove back to show them and was offered a refund for just the chicken and the missing fries.
The place was nice and clean! The food was wonderful! It's but different than our area back in California (Corona), BUT the food quality was excellent! We'll be coming back this summer before going candlepin bowling which is about half a mile from here! Keep it up great work!!
This shouldn't be allowed!!! Instead of telling people their credit card system is down,they are taking peoples credit cards and writting it on a piece of paper!! I would've not ordered there today if I knew this! I don't feel comfortable having my cards information taken without a reciept!! Ridiculous!
Bottom line: Never again. It’s a shame. This particular Wendy’s has been there for over 30 years. I would go there almost every lunch hour for myself and fellow Digital employees. We loved the food. Let’s just say they have dropped waaaay down the food chain. Went for lunch today. They got my order wrong three times, but charged my card every time! Never got what we ordered. Left hungry and frustrated. We got tired of asking for our correct order and just gave up and left. P.s. not only were the fries overcooked and lukewarm, the oil was old and you could taste it.
Drive thru Woman with the dyed hair is so nice and fast at lunch time during the week.
