We dined in and was completely disgusted. The floors were sticky and trash on tables and food all over the floor. We waited 10 minutes before we even got the chance to order. Customer service was horrible and staff were rude. Not to mention the management was nowhere to be seen. Fries were cold and tasted like old oil. To top it all off sandwich wrappers were covered in grease. The worst part of it all though was the foul language used by the staff with customers in the dining area!
Y'all need to train or hire people who can multitask. It is NOT that hard to hand out orders and make drinks or make drinks while taking orders. I shouldn't have to sit at the speaker for 10 minutes until the car in front of me is completely through the line. Do better. Also, the food is becoming mid. My fries are cold half the time, and they ignore my requests on burgers a lot.
Arrived a little after 11 pm, didn’t leave the drive thru until almost 11:40. We were the second car in line. The guys working were nice but the food was unsatisfactory and we figured it was too late to try to get anything fixed. My fries were so soggy and barely warm, and my nuggets were also barely warm. My husband asked for chicken sandwiches with mayo and cheese only but was given sandwiches with mayo only. All the food was just thrown into the bag so there were nuggets and fries and our straws all in the bottom of the bag…
I just had the most amazing experience from the drive thru here.
I was not rushed at the speaker, you could here the man perfectly. There was no confusion through the speaker. I was able to use a coupon from my app, and the food was perfection.
I tried the new Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap with a baked potato, and got a cookie added on.
The wrap was huge and delicious, the baked potato was perfect, and the cookie was warm and fresh from the oven.
This was a solid 10/10 experience. I had previously written this location off as I prefer the one on 54. But on my way home I wanted to give them another try. I am so glad that I did.
Wendy's, you have outdone yourself today!
Food is as to be expected for the chain. They were out of all chicken sandwiches and only had diet drinks. ???? Supply issues seem to be becoming the norm for a lot of places. Service was fast, and the lobby and bathroom were cleaner than most.
Might as well call it sticky floors when you walk inside, self serve drink machine died like a dead joke. Don’t believe it has been properly cleaned inside since the beginning of the year.
Latley been taking a year just to.order I mean I get if u need to take someone's money and have someone wait but go ahead and take my order so the kitchen can double task instead of me waiting 10 mins just to order and another 10 waiting on it
I have been to many Wendy's restaurants, and despite the difference in services, I have never received a baconator sandwich that was cold to the touch. It was so cold that the cheese couldn't have melted onto the burger. I went back and asked for a manager, and I was stalled for at 5 to 10 minutes. No apologies for the issue at hand. If they serve cold hamburgers, what else are they doing. This is unacceptable, and if this shift manager will allow her staff to knowingly serve cold food that is promoted as hot, then she should be fired or, at the very least, be demoted and retrained. Will not return to this location.
