My beloved Wendy's. I send my wishes that you shall grace my bag with fries when I call upon them with my wallet. For not once have you faltered me, but twice in succession now.
Please remember my fries. Food pretty bomb though. Hence why I'm not giving 1 star. But I drove 30 minutes home to see I'm missing fries. Again. My day is ruined. I will lose sleep tonight.
May the lord let me awaken tomorrow with reinvigorated hope that I shall receive my fries when I am to return once more.
Nice Wendy's chain that's also connected to a Tim Hortons. Big dining area with multiple style seating tables lets you find your comfort zone. Really clean tables and floors. The ketchup packs are small but luckily the person who took the order gave us plenty for the fries, which were tasty and fresh. The bathrooms were clean and nice smelling also.
World class customer service. Today they were short staffed, a team of 4, forcing the closure of the dinning room. Yet, we pulled in with a camper in tow, unable to get through drive thru, and when asked if they would make an exception with a walk in order, they came through. What an amazing example of caring for your customers even when things are feeling overwhelming. Thank you!
Canandaigua Wendy's is constantly serving old out dated fries. I don't remember the last time was able to get fresh cooked fries there but I took a chance today. Nothing's changed. On top of that, the current employees that are working the drive thru during the night shift have some of the worst attitudes towards their customers over their own mishaps. I called and made complaint to find out that they even targeted my meal due to a misidentification on their part thinking I was a different dissatisfied customer, so they literally trashed my $21 meal before giving it to me.
Ordered two baconators. Got none. Didn’t order a baked potato. Got one. And what in gods name am I supposed to use these straws for. The chicken sandwich that I didn’t order also but received looked like it was picked off the floor. Like did you even try??????? Said it was doordashs fault. The bag was sealed with the receipt attached to it…… I’m gonna go with it was your education and your parents fault……
I came to Wendy's to try a couple of the new items on the menu. Unfortunately I didn't have enough money for it all but I still got the Italian Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich which was so good it has a fried pattie of mozzarella which I think is a great touch. I hope to try the garlic butter fries because they sound amazing. I highly recommend you try they also have the Italian Mozzarella Hamburger and they are both on a Garlic Knot type bun.
I ordered Wendy’s due to them letting you do a nice no bun option and a lettuce wrap instead. I got a grilled bland chicken patty and three very small pieces of lettuce that were very wilted. It wouldn’t even be enough to cover the chicken. I got a source cream and chive potato with no sour cream nor butter added in my bag. I can not understand how this type of food is even prepared and given to someone. I’m absolutely disgusted
This place has the nastiest carpet I have ever seen. This Wendy's shares the building with Tim Horton's. Wendy's grease laden, threadbare rug is in sharp contrast to the bright, clean carpet at Tim Horton's. Also the fries they're touting as being hot and crispy were anything but. I'd rather eat day old McDonald's fries warmed in a microwave than what I got served at this Wendy's.
