The good is good, my husbands favorite burger. However, it's so good that the drive- through is often backed up all the way out to the main rd! The line moves generally pretty quick, but if you're in a hurry, I'd have a back-up place in mind just in case.. Also, their lobby is frequently closed due to being short staffed, so keep that in mind as well.
At 1 p.m. on Saturday , we lined up ,inside . When we finally was set to place 2 orders, we stood there, with people in line behind us, piling up. The worker that was supposed to take our order, left to assist the cooks. He was waiting for the orders he had taken already, to finish cooking. He finally ,took our 2 orders of 1 double stack biggie meal, 1 crispy chicken biggie meal, 1 small coffee. In which he had stated , coffee came with meal, already. We paid, and we stepped off to the side. We didn't get our cups, or coffee, given to both of us, yet. The guy standing , next in line behind us, he had his order taken, quickly and given a cup for his drink. Then, when we ,finally had our name called ,only one order plus one cup was given. He said our order he took was for one crispy chicken biggie meal, and the other order was, one drink, and no coffee. This worker was doing , 3 or 4 different tasks. He had to go out to dining area , to clean off tables. We took our one order and walked out. I have not been inside to , this establishment in a long while. I have not seen service like this,. before. We will not be going back. Top it all off, we stood up in front for a total of 1 hour, waiting.
The food was well presented, fresh, delicious and accurate. But holy smokes, 25 minutes in the drive thru when you are just 5 cars back is too long. It feels like they wait to start making your order until you've paid. We'd been at the window, paid for 5 minutes when they said it's be 3 moire minutes for the nuggets (that we'd ordered 20 minutes prior). They need some training to help speed up the process. Otherwise, kind service, just super slow.
Fast and easy- good service - clean tables. Nice change from visiting McDonald's.
Keychain that gets you a frosty when you buy a meal is a huge plus.
Food is consistently decent. Service is consistently on the slow side. Not uncommon to have 6 or more cars waiting in the drive through. If you are looking for a quick stop, plan on going inside. Wait in drive through line is 15 minutes on a good day and 20+ during lunch/dinner. Yes, I am in line in the picture. There was room for one more car behind me before the line overflowed to the street. 2 bacon double cheeseburger combos with regular size fries and large drinks was over $29.
Who don’t like a good ole burger with natural fries? Plus the chili is a bonus. I don’t stop by fast food often but it’s a great grab and go meal as you pass by down.
I wanted variety so I grabbed the $5 biggie bag to get a smaller set of fries with nuggets. Also grabbed a large bowl of chili.
The inside fire place was nice but too bad it didn’t heat up and it’s only for looks.
Took 15 mins to get through the drive thru which is entirely too long. Also my order was incorrect. I expect better service. Not managed very well.
This Wendy's appeared to be understaffed the evening we went. The dine-in was closed but there was no sign out front. The drive thru was a bit busy but not too bad. Staff was friendly and doing their best. They were out of the Berry frosty which we wanted to try ????. They initially missed one item but they quickly fixed it. Overall it was good for what we needed after our road trip.
