Dependable hamburger and fries. Service a bit lacking. Asked for 2 waters, got 1. Asked for extra ketchup with order of 5 burgers and fries and got 3. No straw with drink, but managed.
Revising my four star to a five-star review. The last few times I have been there they have had excellent service, have not messed up my order, the food was hot, and I enjoyed a wonderful meal.
I walk in with a smile and a greeting. Zero acknowledgment from employees. A simple breakfast combo order. Nothing special, I asked for the small combo and they automatically charged it as a medium. When I asked her to correct it, I got nothing but attitude. This is from an adult woman. A French toast sticks combo. The coffee was cold. The potatoes were hard, and the french toast sticks were burnt. I hate to say it, but the atmosphere was very stand offish! Then, right in front of me, when a person of color walked through the door, they were greeted with a hello and a smile. ???? What?! I have never felt so much racial negativity in my life! There is another Wendy's in Old Town.
I will never spend my money at this one again!!
No free style sodas but very nice staff. I didn't order food and went through the drive thru.
The food is disgusting not the Wendy's I remember 20 years ago portions diabolically small, presentation zero, taste zero price JOKE. Taste of salt and sugar could not finish the food $27 bucks is a rip. Please do not eat this crap
I’m standing at the counter right now on Oct 17, 2024 at 9:23pm. I’ve been standing here at the counter for 4 minutes. Not one person has said a word to me. There are at least 5 employees walking past and talking to each other. Mainly hanging out at the drive thru window. No customers inside or in the drive thru. Can’t get anyone’s attention. Am I invisible? I would scream at them but obviously they do not want to wait on me. Girl is literally 5’ from me. No eye contact. Because I’m white?? I work 3 blocks away. This is bullshit and I will spread the word.
Ordered a ghost peper sandwich meal, and nuggets, the chicken was stif and not fresh as if it had been sitting there for hours. It gave me dairia. Never again at this location.
Always affordable and chunky chilli. Not a bad view either. Key West.
I ordered a baked potato with cheese and they charged me for a baked with cheese and bacon.when I told them she said I wanted no bacon so why did I have to pay for it. I also asked for lite mayo, the burger was old and dry with the core of the tomato on my sandwich. The worst service I ever got
