They always get it right and hot at this Wendy's. I've sometimes had a million different add ons and subtractions from my food and they've never gotten it wrong. Only thing I have a gripe with is I went to order their salted caramel frosty and the guy said it was broke, C'mon mannnn lol Not a big deal though because they make up for it in other areas.
Dillon at the drive thru window was very polite. He asked if it was okay to give me the ketchup I requested at the window, prior to bringing the food out to our car. His good customer service was refreshing.
I recently visited this Wendy's location and it was a disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow, and when I finally received my order, the food was cold and unappetizing. The fries were soggy, and the burger was barely warm, with the patty overcooked and dry. To make matters worse, the manager seemed to be absent; there was no one around to address my concerns or offer any assistance. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I won't be coming back to this location anytime soon.
Ordered the breakfast chicken sandwich , lady told me I had to wait 5 mins for the chicken because they have to cook it . About half way into the sandwich I realized the chicken is still raw , just fried a little bit but under the breading it’s raw chicken . This is a good way to get salmonella poisoning!!
Had a Croissant w/ Egg,Swiss cheese & Bacon. First time, hearty & filling. I get to the window to pay, the lady tells me to hurry & beep my horn so I did. Then she tells me that the customer in front of me, paid for my sandwich. I was so surprised, I wished I could have met her to thank here in person. That was the sweetest & thoughtful thing, which made my Valentine's ????day. So to the lady in the gray car, I Thank you!
The Wendy's establishment at this location should reassess its staff due to instances of theft. I placed an order for a single Cobb salad through the drive-through. Upon reaching the window, I handed a $20 bill to the cashier, who informed me that my total was $18.60 after I handed the $20 bill and that my change would be $1.40, stating it was for two salads. I clarified that I had only ordered one salad for a single person. The cashier insisted on the charge for two salads and refused a refund.
Despite not receiving any food and still being at the window, I requested the cashier's name to report the incident to corporate. Instead of cooperation, the cashier displayed a dismissive attitude and rolled her eyes, prompting me to ask for a manager. The manager echoed the cashier's stance, denying refunds. However, after mentioning reporting the incident, the manager reluctantly agreed to a partial refund of $9.30, although I argued it should be $10.70.
Notably, the cashier failed to return the $1.40 from my $20 bill. The entire experience reflects appalling customer service, and I have no intention of returning to this Wendy's. In my opinion, this particular Wendy's location warrants serious consideration for closure due to such unacceptable practices.
Late Night. Wanted fresh Burger ????. Around 11pm, Lady at drive thru Very Nice and Friendly. Guaranteed Would Be Fresh, after 6mins. Showed her and She Agreed wasn't Done Right, re-did Sandwich. Appreciate Trying 1st time.
They will ask you to pull forward to wait for your meal to cook, while serving 6-7 other customers behind you with no issue. I only ordered a single chicken sandwich, how could they prepare 6-7 meals of whatever else before it was done?
